I've eaten at Schlotzsky's many times, but always a sandwich was my go to. Today I tried the strawberry and chicken salad. The salad was very fresh, colorful and tasted great. The salad also came with 4 strips of garlic bread which was good too. The staff were great as usual. My order was ready very quickly! we ordered on the app, paid eleven dollars for a sandwich, i put in the RIGHT location, and when we went to get the sandwich, they said we put the wrong location. i typed. out. beckham. selected the address. they refused to make the sandwich, and upon speaking to the CORRECT location, they refused a refund, and we asked to speak with management, they very rudely said "they're not here." 0/10 customer service, 0/10 sympathy, and definitely not worth the eleven dollars that went in to somebody's pocket. i will NOT be back. read more

I don't know why I keep going back here. I guess because I know people who eat here often and I feel like I'm missing something. I've tried it twice and both times it was a failure where I had to toss out my sub sandwich. I couldn't even eat it. I ate the chips, the cookie and drank the soda but the sub was so nasty that it had to go, both times, different types of subs. The first type of sub was a turkey type sub sandwich. But the veggies on it were old and the mayo tasted bad. The second time was a hot veggie sub on a roll of some sort. It was so saturated in grease that the mayo slide off the sandwich on yo the floor right when I unwrapped it. Then the veggies were limp and just covered in grease. It was a sad mess. I couldn't even get myself to try it. So out it went. That lunch cost me over $14 and I didn't even get to eat the sandwich! read more

The service and food here are on point. No complaints. I got my Turkey original just as I ordered it, with no tomato. Ate lunch here with my son and husband and they enjoyed their sandwiches and chips as well. We noticed they had some new stuff on the menu too. Will have to try some of the new stuff in the future. The staff is friendly, professional and eager to please. The ingredients were fresh. For sure we will return to this location and no doubt get quality service. This location is close to the hospitals and very convenient to customers in that area. I can't comment on the restrooms since I did not go in there. I love Schlotzsky's and eat them many places where I travel. I found this Schlotzsky's to be everything I expect. Fresh vegetables terrific bun, tasty meat and served fairly quickly via the drive-through. Great sandwich! The staff was friendly and I was happy with my lunch. I never went inside so my experience is based on driving through. I work in the medical field so this is by far the most convenient location for me. read more

I used to come here all the time -- UNTIL we grabbed a sandwich on our way home (30 mins away) only to find a rotten tomato and a piece of ham on my sandwich (you know, the part that you can't even bite through!) Soooo... I called the store and told them about it. They told me I could bring the sandwich back ("it's policy") and get another one. Who on earth would make an hour drive round trip for a sandwich?? I explained to them what the problem was and where I lived, but they said I was "S.O.L." YES! those are EXACT words (or abbreviation for ShiH Outta LUck). So I just called corporate and let them know that this place puts rotten veggies and bad meat on sandwiches and does not even try to make a reasonable consolation with the customer. All in all, I got a NiiiiiCE gift card to use at another location (on the loop by 5th) and that sandwich was de-lish! By the way, ANGELA, who is the rotten veggie, bad meat, sandwich maker who sits on a high horse (because she's a sandwich maker) made a rude comment before leaving the store. I'm a diabetic and politely let the lady at the front know that the diet DP and diet coke were out of flavor and her response to the girl -- "Tell them to get something else". Would you like me to fill my glass will some sugary rootbeer grouchy lady because you are too rude/lazy to change them out? I think not. I hope this lady's future at Schlotzky's is short lived because if you think you are superior to paying guests when you work in a restaraunt, obviously you're in the wrong business. Good sized sandwiches but they should definitely ask if you want it cold or warm. Thats something even basic ass subway never forgets to do.

We arrived at the "restaurant" at 11:15, and the staff promptly refused to serve us, saying they were not ready. When asked when they would be ready they responded with a "we don't know." pretty unprofessional if you ask me. Hi, first time for me and the last time for me, well for 1 the menu is not so user friendly and when I ordered a turkey sandwich, it should have been a sandwich with a slice of turkey it had enough of everything else and the bbq chips that was wrong and when I had to use the bathroom at this location you had to walk down 4 steps try that with bad knees, oh by the way as I ate the bread wich, it had more of the bread and mao taste then anything else, yea I don't and won't go back again to any 1 of schlotzskys stores it was a wast of my money, Subway would have been a Better place to EAT.!!!!!!! read more
