We enjoyed our evening at Eisemann Center. Easy parking and entrance into the building. The small theatre was just the right size for attending a musical. The terrace seating had a good view of the stage and it was accessible by stairs from above or below, so no difficulty entering or exiting the theater. We'll return to the venue in the future.

The Eisemann Center is a class act venue! I have been here for various events and performances (Menopause the Musical, Beatles Tribute concert and other musical events during Wildflower festival) over the years and it is always a 5 star venue. This visit was to attend the Richardson Symphony Orchestra, "Stars of The Future" in the Hill Performance Hall. Everyone was so cheerful and welcoming- from the debutante greeters at the front door, to the ticket taker at the aisle entrances. We had great seats up in the mezzanine level. The acoustics are excellent, especially for a symphony! There is a covered parking garage located right next to the venue, as well as some street parking and valet parking available. The grounds are well lit, the facility and the restrooms are very clean and the seats are very comfortable. There is usually a beautiful fountain out in front, but it is currently closed due to nearby construction. A variety of concessions and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the lobby. There is a beautiful art gallery upstairs that spotlights various artists on a rotating schedule. If your special event takes you to the Eisemann Center, you can be assured that you will enjoy this venue!

Came here for the Sept 2021 Shen Yun performance. This event center is very classy and modern. The bathrooms were very fancy and nice. Lots of mirrors, lots of stalls, very clean. The event hall was very clean as well. The rows were well lit and well marked. Our seats were in the mezzanine and the stage was visible from all seats. The performance was amazing and the orchestra sounded amazing! I would definitely return here for an event of any kind.

This is the theater where we watch the John Denver tribute with Rick Schuler.

We have been to the Eisemann Center multiple times. We have been there to watch our daughter perform in the choir she was in twice. We have also recently been there to see the John Denver tribute concert featuring Rick Schuler. It's a very nice setting where we can go for cultural events and don't have to go into Dallas proper and deal with large crowds and lots of traffic. They have a lot of fun events coming up and we're looking forward to return visits.

My wife and I attended a Jeffrey Siegal concert. It was wonderful. It was easy to find our seats and the acoustics were very good. Bathrooms were large and very clean. After the concert, there were refreshments, cookies, brownies, veggie wraps, etc. There is a full bar there as well.

Return visit for the The Dimension of Death black and white production. Harry sort of solves the murders again. At curtain call the cast stood for photos since they weren't doing a hello/handshake post-show.

This theater is a staple in the arts community for the Richardson Dallas area. They host a variety of performances that range from musical acts to theatrical performances. It is a gorgeous building with a 1400 seat theater. Many touring shows come through here as well as local performers. The theater has many capabilities comparable to a Broadway house in NYC. If you are in the area it is worth taking in a show and enjoying the entertainment that comes through here.

The venue is ok but they do not need to sell the seats in aisle 5 Mezz at DD 32, 30, 28, 26 - 25% of the stage is blocked.

Small theatre (80+ seating I guess) so you sit up close and personal to the actors. Minimum scenery and props so depend on acting and your imagination to enjoy the show. I used to love checking out the plays back in college. Mainly because they were free with my student ID but also because it's live. No editing, no takes, no do-overs.. everything is live. This particular play took it one step further. The seating arrangement was basically within breathing room of the actors and actresses all around the "stage". It's really just one room and everyone's on stage. Hard to explain. Check out the play if you can. I think it's playing entire month. So what makes this venue or experience 4 stars for me is this. After the play, they served refreshments (including wine) and the cast comes out to mingle and chat with the patrons. I didn't stay too long afterwards but I got to talk to one of the actors and he's just a regular Joe working on this in his precious spare time. Of all the plays I've been to, I've never experienced this before. Good venue. I will gladly continue supporting this theater. Quick note about the play itself. Very interesting. I'm not going to give much away as you can probably read synopsis of the play online anyway. But it might not be for all ages. I would say don't bring your kids which I noticed some patrons brought children. The actresses are a bit scantily clad but it's entirely appropriate to the theme of the play though. Update: Originally I gave it 5 stars. Since the review is for the theater room itself and not the play, I felt that I couldn't do the review justice if I didn't mention this part as it pertains to the theater itself. So I have bumped it down to 4 stars but obviously I still had a good experience despite my seating location. The seating matters. It's true that the stage is pretty much the room but there is a raised area of the stage that the actors and actresses will also use during the performance. If you sit too close to this area, then your view is blocked and cannot see what's going on up there. It's general admission so good thing is you can go early and grab a good seat but just be aware of the limitation I mentioned.

No need to spend lots of money and time to travel to NYC or even Ft Worth or Dallas to see local talent doing a very good job. I was entertained. My husband and I love and often quote the cult classic film, so I optimistically bought tickets through RCT website for the last weekend the stage production was playing. The theater is tucked into a rarely visited strip mall. There was lots of parking. The entrance lobby was quite plain, but spacious. At the end of the hall, we picked up our tickets at will call. Around the corner was a small concession stand selling cute, small buckets of old, stale popcorn, cookies, soda as well as beer and wine. The theater area has old cinema seats on a raked platform. You could clearly see the stage since the seats were well staggered so you weren't looking at the back of someone's head. Unfortunately , the seats never seem wide enough, and you always find yourself fighting for the shared armrest. At least the bottom cushion was supportive and comfortable. I could have easily sat there through both acts and the intermission. The cast was phenomenal! They sang beautifully, danced with decent precision, strutted around in some amazing costumes while taking us on a near perfect rendition of the actual movie. Lighting and background sets were somewhat limited, but what they had worked great and didn't detract from the show. The comedy was there and they even threw in a few extra jabs at local politicians to the delight of the audience. It appears they focus on some classic theater productions throughout the year. Shows that are known and loved by everyone (White Christmas, Annie, Mamma Mia, etc.). It seems like a winning formula that is working for them. I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another date night.

When the power went out, there were guests who were stuck in the elevator... For 90 minutes! The Dallas Fire Department had to come and extricate people from all 4 elevators. Some people were forced to climb up 7 flights of stairs to get to our floor. Other guests ended up leaving the wedding altogether because we just never knew WHEN the lights and power were going to come back on. There was no back up generator or power source that the building could draw from. We were not able to start the wedding reception until AFTER 10pm! There was a quinceañera on another floor, and a 70th birthday party being held on a different floor. Everyone had NO POWER! (To be fair, when my mother came to check out this venue the week before the wedding, she said she had to take the stairs down, b/c the power went out then too - in the middle of the day!!!!) So for over 1 hour, our vendors were not able to serve our 400 wedding guests! I lost an hour of service from every single vendor - which ended up totaling over $12,000 lost. When I contacted the owners of the venue, they refused to take any accountability, saying they were not at fault. They refused to refund us even a fraction of the amount that we were owed. They refused that they owed us anything at all! We spent months trying to work out an agreement / negotiate compensation with the owner, to no avail. Nothing. Not even a dime. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANY OTHER VENUE FOR YOUR EVENT! IT'S NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY... SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA AND BOOK YOURSELF A DECENT VENUE.
