When I mention areas of focus, she roughly goes over that area but then will do a full body massage, which I didn't ask for when I wanted focus areas. They will sit on the table or climb onto the tables to push their fists into your body. Not the true therapeutic massage I look for, if these masseuse just push their fists into your body.

In my thirty plus year journey for wellness, I have been thru five chiropractic programs (each a minimum of 3-6 months), two acupuncture programs (one program for 5 years), two orthopedic surgeons (no surgery), one physical therapy program, numerous medications, countless massage therapists and alternative eastern treatments; all satisfied the issues in the moment, but did not even come close to figuring me out, or even trying to figure me out. The tanks don't seem to be auto-sanitized after each session like they used to because the red light indicating it is self cleaning never turns on anymore while showering. This has happened my last few sessions, which had started to alarm me. I figured maybe it gets cleaned once I leave the lounge before the next customer, but even that, I am not so sure. The water quality inside the tank has started to feel slimier and murkier. I tried to overcome it the few sessions when I started to notice it by trying not to overthink about it, but after I noticed how filthy the floor was with what looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in months (see photo), I am now also positive the rooms, floors, and showers no longer get cleaned after each use. I can no longer with any peace of mind patronize this business until its cleaning and sanitation standards improve. It seems as though management really just let the place go and it is such a shame as I really loved and enjoyed this float lounge.
