For example, when she asked if we were ready to order, we began listing our items, but she abruptly told us to hold on because she wasn't ready. Later, when I finished my tea, she informed me that refills would cost extra, which I didn't mind paying for, but the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh. To add to that, when I tried to pay with Apple Pay, her card reader wasn't working properly, and instead of resolving it at the table, she asked me to get up and pay at the front register.
