My friend makes her own bread and she wanted to try some different types of flours. I ordered buckwheat and Sonora flour. I also bought 2 loaves of bread- a Honey Wheat Pan Bread and a Rosemary loaf. Both had a perfect crumb and were delicious! In their refrigerated cases were raviolis, pot pies and other premade items. I bought the lemon ravioli and it was light and so flavorful! I bought some of their sourdough crackers and I can't go back to boxed crackers again. Their bakery had lots of yummy looking croissants and specialty coffee drinks. I will definitely be back to try some of their produce and other items I wasn't able to try this last visit. I have a feeling I will be visiting a couple times a month!

All fresh. However. If you go here, MAKE SURE to check your bag before you leave. Three times, they have charged us for loaves of bread that didn't make it into the bag. Today, they forgot a sandwich and a loaf of bread and annoyingly, when I told them about the missing items, they sliced the bread before putting it in the bag. I didn't realize until way later in the day. I did not ask for that and I don't like the bread sliced there -- it goes bad way quicker. So, go there, love it, spend a lot (you will) and it's totally worth it. But I sure wish they had a better mechanism for filling orders correctly.

My favorite pan from here are the cochinito's (small pig) but I am also always buying the concha's and elotes. Even though it's a small panadería they still have a pretty good selection of bread and it always tastes so good. Usually when I go it is the younger daughter working and she is always very nice and friendly. The mother will sometimes be working who is also very polite but those are really the only two I ever see. No place to eat inside or outside since it's such a small spot but I'm usually just picking up bread for a snack or for my week's breakfast. Be sure to stop by if you're driving past Fillmore to try out the sweet flavor of Mexican culture.

My best buddy and I still go there to split a pound of Carnitas, a pint of warm Salsa Verde, a dozen warm corn tortillas, a six pack of Frostys, find a nice shady spot and Chow like mad! Simple pleasures, I recommend them for those lazy days when you just feel like a back road drive, hanging out with your best friend and eating good food with your hands.

They were soft fresh and full of flavor! Every bite was delicious and you could really tell they were made with care. It was the perfect little treat to enjoy during our day out together :) The lady working was very sweet and welcoming. She was quiet, but you could tell she was kind and cared about the customers coming in. The shop itself was also very clean and well kept which always makes the experience even better. Overall this was such a wonderful little donut stop, and we can't wait to come back the next time we're in the area! Another simple stop that turned into a sweet little memory for us :)

The croissant is about 7 inches in diameter, biggest we've ever seen, with angel soft buttery fluffy layers in every delectable bite. The shop is small but they have lots of fresh doughnuts and other goodies. Prices are very affordable. Service was quick. Also, they offer a wide variety of hot/cold beverages. I was impressed as small as the place is, they offer full service. A nice find to grab a snack.
