A treat in Fillmore! I love me some coffee drinks such as mckennas, which is my all time favorite,…read morebut this place took me by surprise. It had two drinks that caught my eye. The lees special and the shaken espresso. I saw they had a strawberry and berry flavored redbull drink but that wasn't my style. Some others listed were employee specials which I would imagine are decent as well. The service was friendly, the woman at the front might have thought I was decent looking so maybe that is why she was friendly. But from my personal experience she was pretty good. Pricing was the same as the one at McKenna's. The drink however was slightly less good than McKenna's cold foam. Don't get me wrong both are good. This one had a sweeter taste, maybe more sugar was added. But it tasted delicious. The interior was peaceful, similar to a little 16 year old females decorative home. It had a lot of girl decorations I kid you not. But peaceful and air conditioned. I liked it. They had donuts inside as well but of course I have to say no to them or I'll get diabetes. But they looked tasty. Overall I recommend to try it out if you ever stop by and want a refreshing drink. The ones I mentioned I found to be good purchases tasted great and I enjoyed the flavors.

Also, I don't know where they get their pastries but their GF banana bread is so yummy, I've had it at another coffee shop before too.

My friend makes her own bread and she wanted to try some different types of flours. I ordered buckwheat and Sonora flour. I also bought 2 loaves of bread- a Honey Wheat Pan Bread and a Rosemary loaf. Both had a perfect crumb and were delicious! In their refrigerated cases were raviolis, pot pies and other premade items. I bought the lemon ravioli and it was light and so flavorful! I bought some of their sourdough crackers and I can't go back to boxed crackers again. Their bakery had lots of yummy looking croissants and specialty coffee drinks. I will definitely be back to try some of their produce and other items I wasn't able to try this last visit. I have a feeling I will be visiting a couple times a month!

I adore this place. My husband and I come whenever we can. Amazing that they grow and mill their…read moreown grain and then offer so many varieties of breads, pastas, pastries, prepared foods, etc. if I lived nearby, I would use this place as my regular supermarket, since they also carry fresh veggies and fruits and frozen/refrigerated and dry goods. All fresh. However. If you go here, MAKE SURE to check your bag before you leave. Three times, they have charged us for loaves of bread that didn't make it into the bag. Today, they forgot a sandwich and a loaf of bread and annoyingly, when I told them about the missing items, they sliced the bread before putting it in the bag. I didn't realize until way later in the day. I did not ask for that and I don't like the bread sliced there -- it goes bad way quicker. So, go there, love it, spend a lot (you will) and it's totally worth it. But I sure wish they had a better mechanism for filling orders correctly.
