Most cars/light trucks." When I asked about this special, I was told, "That special is for small 2 door cars those brakes don't even exist for your model," and, "especially a Japanese SUV." When I asked which "light trucks" this covered, they stated it was for a small number: "Maverick, ranger, colorado, canyon, and f150, 1500, and sierra 1500, and silverado 1500, and jeep gladiator." It is perfectly reasonable to only offer a special for "small 2 door cars," and a small set of "light trucks." What I don't understand is why they are advertising "most cars/light trucks" when they have no intent of offering the special for those vehicles. Additionally, their customer service has dramatically changed. For example, they called to discuss the brake cost and when I answered, all I could hear was multiple people repeatedly using the "f" word. I was told this was their call center. We've been taking our vehicles here for nearly 20 years, and unfortunately, it looks like the good, honest service were previously had is disappearing.
