I was driving by after the beach and saw their sign at front.. intrigued by the name I found their facebook page and was blown away by the photos. Let me tell you, those photos did not lie whatsoever! The presentation for everything was on point, as was the flavors!! I ordered the seafood paella and tasted fresher than any place I've ever had. The only thing that could have made it better was if the rice was crispy on bottom, but I'm sure that's a request I could have made had I asked. In addition to the food, the decor is OUTSTANDING! So simple, so modern, so clean and hip. I cannot wait to be back.. and that I will!

The arroz con pollo was honestly the best I have ever had in my life. It was perfectly seasoned, comforting, and packed with flavor. Every bite felt like authentic Puerto Rican cooking at its best. We visited on a Monday night without a reservation and almost didn't get a table. The hostess was incredibly kind and explained that there was an 8:00 p.m. reservation that hadn't been confirmed. She offered to seat us if the party didn't arrive within the grace period. Thankfully, they never showed up, and the table became ours. From that point on, everything was fantastic. The food was spectacular, and the service was just as impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is charming and inviting--it really does feel like dining in a cozy "casita." If you're visiting San Juan, Casita Miramar is absolutely worth a visit.
