The items available were mainly cheap so I couldn't buy quality if I wanted. This is the Amazon mentality. Nobody knows quality so just sell bulk cheap stuff, and it is acceptable. I needed to replace some crystal rhinestones. They primarily only sell glass in bulk. Their ribbon selection was obismal! I just needed ivory organza ribbon. Nope, two areas, and no ivory organza ribbon. Now for the issues that are unforgivable in the 21st Century: 1) No self check-out. 2) There are no prices on lots of items. 3) No prices on the shelves either. 3) No random scanners in the store for customers to check a price. 4) They don't have a scanning system! They enter the price manually for the sticker on the item. I still can't believe I just wrote that. 5) To get a price, a clerk has to call a supervisor over to look up the item online. A clerk can't even look it up to save time. There is a wait and it holds up the line. 6) Plenty of space but nowhere for guests to sit. 7) No refrigerated beverages to buy.
