Big mirrors at Home Goods store
    K D.

I have been here once so far, there is Home Goods on first floor and TJ Maxx on second. The Home Goods store is big, well organized and busy. The selection is great and the store looks clean. No comment on customer service because did not buy anything. But was not greeted when came across floor staff, so 4 starts. Would recommend for your next treasure hunt :)

All the shopping carts are inside and have a long pole on them so you can't bring them outside. It was really nicely decorated when I walked in. All their displays looked so pretty and appealing. They have a nice kitchen and dining section with lots of beautiful glasses. I especially loved the plastic cups that had dried flowers floating loose inside the clear plastic. If you're still needing a Valentine's gift or cards, they have a nice selection of both. I found a really cute pop up Valentine's Day card for my husband. There a section of door mats that is so cute. There was a hamburger doormat and even steamed soup dumplings. I decided to get the steamed soup dumpling doormat. It is so fun and unique. Their Easter items are also out on display. They are really cute this year. I was kindly helped at the checkout by a very friendly employee. She showed me where I could download a coupon to use on my purchase. I saved $5. That was very nice of her. I will definitely have to remember to come here more often. It was a very pleasant and fun shopping experience.

The glasses are very reasonably priced although I noticed when I was selecting them that there were about a quarter with imperfections - slight variations in glass transparency, bumpy edges. For the value I think it's still worth it but I would inspect closely. What I really appreciated was our cashier Mari, who was extremely upbeat, carefully packaged our items (one little hack is that if you get your items boxed you don't pay the bag fee), and also checked our glasses and found one with a bumpy edge! This gave me the opportunity to retrieve a better glass. I'm so thankful for her meticulous, friendly service. We also have a C&B couch that has held up fantastically and shopped for it here. Will favor this location over Palo Alto due to service.

It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I bought a tank top and it was $42 which was pretty steep but I didn't mind. Until today, I had washed the top I purchased ONCE and after only 2 or 3 wears it starts pilling almost everywhere! Sometimes the my washer does this which isn't avoidable, but I had washed it with like colors and fabric types so it shouldn't have done this. There's also weird lines in the fabric now so not sure if I would wear this outside my house anymore.

Hmm, I was wondering why this location got so many bad reviews?…read more Because our experience was quite the opposite. Fernando, Daniela, and Emily, provided us with excellent service and insight! We are moving and wanted some great ideas for a queen bed set, mattress, and a couch. It hasn't had issues ever since, so when we had to move, we decided to go back and purchase another sofa set with living spaces again. After a year or two, the couches have held up well enough until just 2 weeks ago my wife sat down on it and heard a sound and it has been sinking in that area ever since. We had paid a few hundred dollars for a five-year-warranty plan to cover things like this and filed the claim they asked for. The people in the store explained how there shouldn't be any issues with the warranty helping us out. Jasmine was very helpful. However, after waiting two weeks for the technician to come look at it, he confirmed that the wood frame has broken and the springs stretched out. He said it shouldn't be a problem to either fix or replace it and that they will get back to us. After a couple days, they messaged me saying that it is not covered by my warranty plan due to it being a "loss of resiliency". It also says in the same claim that they deemed it to be due to a manufacturing defect. I emailed back and disputed the claim, but they just respond simply saying that it is not covered by my warranty plan. I even told the store that I am willing to take some sort of store credit and spend $4k - $5k more on a newer, better quality sofa set, but they do not want to seem to help me resolve this at all.
