    Chicken enchiladas to go

This is one of my husbands favorite restaurants. We used to always go to the one in San Rafael or Sausalito can't remember. That is too far from Stockton. Whenever I'm in Antioch, I'll stop and get some plates. The service is really good. The lady at the counter is always super sweet and gets the order just right. The food is always on point. My only complaint today is the crunchy tacos. It wasn't crunchy at all. I was thinking of a crispy shell fried. Nope it was just tossed the grill, nothing crunchy about it. The food was good though. Beans and rice tasty perfect seasoning. The place is pretty upbeat and seems like it always have a good amount of people inside. The food was still warm when I got home and it took me about an hour and a half to get to Stockton in traffic. Yummy

Came here for a work birthday and had a great time! The staff was so extremely friendly and hung out and made great conversation with us. You can really tell it's family owned and super family friendly. Just based off of the ambience, the friendly staff, and the decor I would recommend coming here. They were able to seat our very large party of eight, Meaning that this is a very party friendly restaurant. I got the street tacos with pork and they did not disappoint! I have a rather small appetite so 2 was plenty for me. The birthday dessert they brought out was also simply just out of this world yummy!

First time here. Nice mom and pops spot in Antioch. Wait staff is very nice and prompt. Food was excellent. Next time though I'm getting the Fajitas platter..... came out next to me all sizzling and smelling BOMB!!!! Burrito was massive though and very delicious. I only could eat like 80% though! Will definitely be back!

I've been to Celia's several times over the years. Noticably on the last visit which was this week, I could see that the prices were higher and the portion sizes were smaller. We were a party of 10 and only two people needed Togo containers. I had a delicious frozen raspberry margarita size medium, I wish I would have ordered the biggest one because it was so good. I ordered a combination plate with taco and enchilada. It was delicious. We even got to enjoy the mariachi band. They came over and played a song for my daughter to celebrate her graduation. overall, we enjoyed our time at Celia's and will continue to patronize them.

Been coming here for years! Food is always amazing and it doesn't matter what you order, it's always good. Service is always on point and they will damn near bend over backwards for you. Always a good atmosphere with plenty of customers. The mariachi band that comes in can be a little loud sometimes though. All in all I honestly recommend this place every chance that I get and I will continue coming here for years to come. P.S. The Expresso (yes this is the correct spelling) Burrito is always amazing!

Elite Mexican Food, here at Celia's. Once you arrive to this restaurant in Antioch, you can find their own parking lot and sign outside. Indoors, it's very much alive: the music, the ambiance and the vibes are awesome. You are greeted by host, and seated Their menu is diverse, with burritos being their popular plate. But their highlight is truly their bar: beer, wine and cocktails are part of their alcohol. When it came to the food, I had their Tostada Deluxe, which is a hard tortilla, with premium ingredients on top, like your meat choice, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce. For $15, it was completely stacked: completely worth it. I couldn't even eat half, so I took the other half home! With a 25% discount, with my Check In, it was an amazing experience w YELP. A return for me

Celia's gets a 3 for the poor service but their food is consistent and good. The portions are generous. The restaurant sports an old world Mexican feel. The decor is bright and colorful with distinctive imagery.

What a nice place to eat! I really like the location, atmosphere, and roominess of the restaurant. The decor feels authentic and brightens the mood! The staff are very welcoming and the food arrives quickly. The meals were very tasty!

My husband and I recently moved to Antioch and are starting to seek out new local favorites and Cecelia's is a front runner for Mexican food! The restaurant is easy to get to and has ample parking. The area is clean and safe. The inside is clean and nostalgic of a sit down family restaurant. I'm sure it would make a good event venue too. My family and I went twice in one month. To be transparent the second time we had a coupon that had come in the mail. It was still a good value with and without the coupon. The service was great. Attentive, quick and our food was served piping hot. That is really important for me and my dad who was with us. Not all picture, but across both visits we had bean dip (soooo good! Creamy and comfort food), rum cocktails (Good. I'm not much of a cocktail drinker), chimichanga (beef, perfect portion) , a three item combo that included Chile Relleno (batter was fresh and fluffy and the cheese was perfectly melted), cheesy soft enchilada, and a taco (carnitas were meaty and I didn't get gristle), Camarones a la Diabla (favorite) and another tasty shrimp fish I can't remember. The food was perfectly seasoned. Portions were great. Left full and with a bit of leftovers. We even sampled each other's dishes. We really enjoyed both visits and look forward to the next.

Super special. Enchilada, burrito, taco, chili relleno, rice, beans.

When I came back, there was a lot more people music was playing, and I sat at the bar waited for the bartender for over an hour, and there were two behind the bar. They totally just ignored me. I was quiet I wasn't acknowledged at all I tried to raise my hand to get their attention and they just totally acted like they didn't want to be there and we're just helping the people they knew it was a horrible experience as I talked to a few of the locals that go there they said that yeah the bartenders are not very friendly unless they know you well then why the heck would anybody want to go there? I was very disappointed and that will be the last time that I go there I will take my business and my friends to the local spot around the corner. The drink that I finally got because a man had to wave down the bartender and said she's been waiting wasn't even made correctly. It was a simple, three ingredient drink, and yet a bartender he screwed up. I did not complain. I let it go. I paid my bill, which was higher than it should've been and I still tipped well, even though I probably shouldn't have tipped because he did not deserve it because of the service and serving me not what I ordered, but that's not me so I tipped had my cocktail talk to a few people and left. That will definitely be my last time ever going there.

Love that their menu is constantly changing as they outsource all their ingredients from local vendors in the area. So it's nice they offer different selections each time. Although, I would love to have their ribeye entree available all the time. This time around, we order the Stracciatella Cheese for starters and my husband ordered the fresh catch of the day which was scallops over risotto and I ordered the hanger steak. I also ordered the Margarita Fuego cocktail and that was so refreshing. I personally loved the stracciatella cheese. Unfortunately, the bar and the kitchen just didn't deliver. My Gin & Tonic was a hazard; it was so completely overloaded with peppercorns that I felt like I was chewing my drink and had to spit them out after every sip. For food, the corn elote lacked balance, and the scallops--which arrived swimming in a soup instead of a puree--tasted noticeably off. The chicken parm was entirely forgettable. With these kinds of texture and flavor issues, there's just no attention to detail in the kitchen. Even with great service, we won't be returning.
