It's okay. Not consistent. Went for lunch and it was just mediocre. Would not return for lunch.

Friendly service and delicious food. Our table had tacos al pastor, tostadas and enchiladas. Everything was great!

The cuisine is absolutely delicious! Every dish we've ordered has been incredible! The decor is lovely and all of the hand carved booths are from Mexico. What a way to begin--and most restaurants don't give any complimentary intro to a visiting guest. And two of our lip-smacking dishes to order are: 1) Burrito Azteca with chicken and/or steak pieces; and 2) Quesadilla Supreme. Drink-wise, Mexican-oriented restaurants--thankfully, unlike others--tend to offer not just a margarita, but one with a frozen ground-ice mixture (sort of a sophisticated slurpy, but better), which adds to the pleasure of the drink; very delicious. But this night (Valentine's Day) they had a special guest (as they sometimes do) who was a superb violinist with a beautiful voice and a very pleasant personality. I don't know where these 5 stars came from other than maybe the guy out front on his phone must be posting these reviews. First ogle the place was empty at 1:30 in the afternoon , that should have been a sign, but hey , not always the case. I ordered just a simple carnitas quesadilla , I even asked if this was a true pulled pork or chopped up pork ? Guy says pulled and chopped ? Ok , sign number 2, so I order a drink , hibiscus , it was just meh, little watery but doable, anyway it comes out with the meal rice and quesadilla. I open it up an first off the smell was off , so as I look at it , it had some gooey clear cheese like substance , and what appeared to be just some chopped up different types of pork meat ? Like cabeza (iykyk) so I take a small bite, probably shouldn't have , and this thing was AWEFUL! Just AWEFUL! Texture , flavor, cheese was weird and clear , just freakin aweful ! So I call him over and asked what type of cheese that was he said mozzarella??? What??? I told him I never had any mexican place put mozzarella on a quesadilla. Should be cheddar or jack or queso fresco if anything. But ok , he said. That's what we use. So I quickly let him know I would not be eating any of that and to refund the meal. The rice had zero flavor as well. He never offered anything else and we left. I didn't get a photo because this all happens within minutes of getting this garbage. ? Seriously some people don't need to open restaurants, especially when you're the only one in the place eating your own cooking ! Please don't waste money here ,

After ordering a few tacos, I regret not ordering the broth that everyone else seemed to have ordered. Regardless, the tacos were divine. I have to say the peppers were extremely spicy and something that I half-regret eating. But despite the spicy sweats, the flavors were spot on that it was such a memorable meal. Would definitely be back.

I am a big huaraches fan, and I tried this in four different restaurants in a couple of months. Each time I enter every restaurant I look around and leave if it is dirty. This restaurant was clean. I ordered the carnitas (roasted pork) huaraches. The pork was juicy, and the toppings fresh. This nice sized portion kept me full all day. I did not see a Diet Coke in the drink refrigerator. I got a bottled water (better for me). The gentleman behind the counter and the register lady were very friendly. Thank goodness I took Spanish in high school, because I use it at Mexican restaurants. I I love neighborhood Mexican joints because their food is cheaper, and is highly better quality than the most of the other restaurants. I will add this place on my lunch list!
