And the steak is also tender and has been marinated in something yummy! The truck's staff are friendly and patient, and those who do not speak Spanish will find that the staff's English is excellent. They always seem to have horchata, and the Agua de Tamarindo is not cloyingly sweet, you still get the tartness of fresh Tamarindo.
