We were staying at Dos Marinas & came here for my birthday dinner. I wish they had a walkway since it's directly in-front, but they had plenty of parking & only a 5 minute drive. Got there just before sunset. Our server even asked us to sit wherever we'd like. Awesome view & atmosphere. Servers were great & speak both English and Spanish. We got our drinks quite promptly. We came here as a group for dinner. We are all here on vacation we waited 40 Minutes to be seated (with reservations) and then another hour and 10 minutes for a different waiter to get our order. Having reservations was a waste of time. We waited 40 mins to be sat, then we waited another hour for the appetizers. Once the appetizers were brought the waitress didn't come back. We waited 40 minutes to flag down another waiter who took our order. Some of our guests left because they were hungry and got food elsewhere. Worst service ever!!! We were so excited to go out on our trip. The bartenders took forever to serve us. We then got a table and NO ONE acknowledged us until we finally asked the second time for a server. 25 minutes later we had a waitress take our order. We then waited an hour before we got our food. This place was recommended to us by our accommodation host. We were incredibly disappointed. We were able to park easily, but upon walking into the restaurant we were met with a very unfriendly server who told us to "go, walk that way," and pointed in a vague direction. We looked for a host stand, we tried to catch someone's eye to ask where we could wait to be seated. Everyone either avoided us or gave us rude looks. We didn't want to just sit down, and no one ever approached us so we left. The location is amazing, but we won't return and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Really bland flavors; the sauce and chicken were cooked and served with a uncooked can of salsa del pato. The owner or chef should visit DeVerdura in old San Juan, that is great food! One star is gracious for this place. Food took forever and waitstaff didn't seem concerned about it. We were one of three tables there and our food took over an hour and then came in drips and drabs. As soon as one dish came out we were literally swarmed by flies. While waiting for our food we noticed that the waitstaff was standing around, sharing a bag of chips, talking loudly and not paying attention to the guests. A group of the waitstaff randomly started singing and banging on drums, which would have been lovely if our table was tended to. Maybe some of this could have been excused if the food was even passable as edible, but it wasn't. I ordered tostones and a a beef empanada type thing. The empanada tasted like dog food. The plantains went straight in the trash. They literally came out with the check. Perhaps the worst part was that the waitress asked my husband how much he wanted to tip her! What the actual...? The service at this restaurant was terrible and I don't even know if the food is good because it took so long we didn't get to eat it. We were there for an hour and a half and only some of our party get their food. After waiting an hour we told them we had to leave in 45 minutes for a boy at trip. The restaurant was not busy and we didn't order anything complicated. Our server seemed flustered, forgot to bring us silverware, and kept saying our food was coming when it wasn't. The only part of my order I did get was a boring Caesar salad that consisted of lettuce, some shredded carrot and a couple of croutons, and it was served warm. my husbands entree didn't come in time either so Al he had was rice and beans. So 3 margaritas, a warm salad and rice and beans and our bill was $50. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. read more

When you get to the restaurant it looks great. But when you get inside the service is horrible. After waiting an hour the food came cold, and we had no silverware. We had to ask waiter Multiple times for silverware. My wife ordered a glass of wine and when the waiter came out and brought the wine to my wife. I asked the waiter why the glass was only an eighth full, he said that he gave my wife the end of the bottle. My wife believes that if she was Puerto Rican that would never happened. I would definitely not recommend eating there if your a tourist!!! read more
