Well, well, well, what magic awaits outside of the tourist area of Savannah? This place. Love the…read moreidea of going in, starting a tab, and just using your name at the bar, one of the fixed places to get food from, or even the food trucks that literally drive in and park there. Surrounded by shipping containers, it is its own special space where you can find a seat and enjoy the food and drink you grab, play games you brought on the tables (think brewery type action on that front), or just hang out with friends. I had a t-rex burrito - brisket, beans, rice, roast poblanos and onions, avocado, cilantro and a crispy cheese shell while there. Best burrito I ever had? No, but my first choice would have been the food trucks (that were not scheduled to arrive while I was there) and next time, even if I still don't time it right, there will plenty of other things to try. That, with some board game time, two beers from the bar, and absolutely perfect weather for being outside, made for a great day here.

You run a tab when you check in to expedite ordering and paying throughout the complex. We were grateful for the space heaters everywhere. Could have a bit better drainage to keep rain from pooling. Loved music bingo and the bartenders Trey? And Bryan. Great dirty martini and try the Adventure Thyme gin cocktail at the Yard Bar.

I'm gonna let the pictures speak for themselves because between the rice tasting well cooked and the griot being a great addition, I'd say you'd get a great taste of what Haitian Cuisine is like! Right now the restaurant's a little start-up spot to come and grab a bite, and enjoy the outside open air with bench/picnic seats ready to seat you and your cuisine to eat, the time it took to get your food ready-made took less than 10-15 mins. So if you're on break for lunch, looking to grab something for a personal dinner, or just tryna to find a quaint spot to sit before you place your order, this is the place to be... my only complaint is that although I'm full, I wish I had more in my plate for seconds! Come & Grab A Bite!
