Amazing food for good prices. The staff is always friendly speaking fluent Spanish and English. Substitutions and adding made simple. If you haven't had a breakfast burrito you must go in the morning! Doesn't compare to any other breakfast. I never mind the wait because they are always so busy. This little hole in the wall looked appealing as an authentic Mexican restaurant; however their customer service was selective. The middle aged woman at the front seems to thrive on attending to male customers, being more courteous to them, but despite that, even her regular interactions were not engaging, monotonous, without a smile, and very direct. When I requested a substitution AND offered to pay for it, they served me less and did not reproduce the same look as the original posted plate. When I asked about it, I was given an agitated look and barely given some sprinkles of the substitution. They've changed their prices and haven't updated their menu, which can, naturally, irritate customers. There's no music, warmth, or sense of welcome in this restaurant. As we left the restaurant, the woman could be seen smiling, laughing, and engaging with the male customers. Would not recommend this place, even to men. Don't demean yourself. read more

I used to love chilito, they had great food and was always right. These past two or three times I've gone they messed up my orders and the food didn't taste the same. I have to say I'm very disappointed in their quality. I haven't been here in about 3 months now, sucks because I would go there literally every week. After these past few times I gave up. They might've hired new cooks and that might've attributed to the different taste. I might give them a try later on again. As of right now I'm satisfied getting my tacos elsewhere. read more

This is very tasty, affordable, authentic (at least to a white guy) Mexican food. Brother in law loves their tacos too, so I am not the only one in love with this food. The Carne Asada (Tacos, Burrito) is fantastic, over the top good. I give it 5 stars because the Carne Asada in a Taco and Burrito is so good for what the restaurant is, a small hole in the wall type place. The Carne Asada is probably as good as any high end restaurant, I can't say that about all the menu items but I have yet to have anything sub par. Their hot taco sauce has a great flavor. They have pico de gallo, mild green, mild red and hot sauces available for self serve. Make note that they are closed on Mondays. read more

Why am I only just now finding this place? I met my dad here for lunch, I had always overlooked it because it's a really small, hole in the wall type of place that you really have to watch out for, or you'll drive right past it. Anyway, now that I've been here, I LOVE this place. The food is really good and reasonably priced. It's really small inside, so unless you get the food to go, I wouldn't go with a group. I've had the fish taco's and the soft chicken tacos. The beans and rice are very flavorful. The Hot Mama sauce is right up my ally in the spicey category. Super yummy food. This is really a takeout place, as there is room for maybe 6 or 7 people to eat here. I had chicken enchiladas and my husband had a burrito. They were great. My only complaint was the guacamole. It was more like an avocado sauce, it was runny, not the think guacamole I was expecting. Other than that, all was good. read more
