The chips and salsa you get a ton of chips and three different sauces. The only drawback back is there is about a tablespoon of each sauce. So not enough for all the chips. Otherwise the tacos were good and it was really fast. Glad to have a quick option in Hubbard. read more

So my oldest daughter said this was a great Food Truck place and she was right. We had the Steak Burrito and it was full of great flavor and finely chopped steak. The Verde Sauce they give you on the side had great flavor as well. Fast and reasonable and a pretty full menu to boot. I think the next time I'm there I will try the Tamales. Sure taco trucks are quick food, but this is the Portland Metro Area, where is the flavor? If you're thinking of coming here for a delicious taco, do yourself a favor... go to Taco Bell. Everything I have had here is great. My favorite are the street tacos but it's all good.

Good tacos. Too bad its like dealing with "the soup guy" from Seinfeld. The tacos are good enough that I continued to be a customer after the owners bad attitude. Once i ordered Carne asada tacos. She gave me pollo. Things happen no biggie. But then she angrily said I ordered the pollo. Ridiculous. Another time she got angry because i wanted 4 little containers of Guac. I told her id gladly pay for them. Still got glares. Last time Sunday evening im the only customer. A man about the owners age was there. I asked him what was in the burrito that i was going to order. He looked annoyed told me. I asked if they had pico de gallo. He got angry faced and lippy. I explained how I felt about his response so there was no room for interpretation. I wont go there. The food is good though. read more

This is definitely the place to go if you like tacos that taste like greasy disappointment. My journey began with the girl in the window (if that's what you want to call it since it really is just a screen with a hole in it that you stick money through which is just freaking weird to begin with) she seemed confused by my order of tacos even though there's a picture of the plate with three tacos on it on the side of the truck. I explained that I would like two of the tacos to be chicken and one to be spicy pork, She then repeated back to me every possible combination besides that one. Once she finally got the order correct I made the mistake of using the word habanero, apparently that word does not exist in her vocabulary, at Diana's habanero equals crappy salsa that doesn't actually have any habanero in it. When I unwrapped my foil covered paper plate I was surprised to see a medium size corn tortilla with a mere spoonful of some kind of oily meat they didn't even come close to filling the taco surface area. Two of the tacos were folded somewhat neatly while the third lay haphazardly open into one of the other tacos creating an oily surface on the outside of the taco which is especially fun if you enjoy the challenge of being able to actually grasp your taco successfully. Don't be fooled by the taco which gives the appearance of flavor. while it may look deliciously seasoned, it really just tastes bland pieces of fatty rubber that have been sitting in a vat of oil for God knows how long. To be fair it's entirely possible that that particular taco was in fact the pork but I couldn't tell you because it was neither spicy nor tasted any different than the other two. At this point I gave up my journey for delicious tacos and tossed the soupy mess into the garbage. My coworker got a burrito he said and I quote "it's not the worst thing I've ever had." The food here is so good. The carnitas tacos are my favorite. The bean burritos are really good and huge. My son loves the chicken quesadillas. I wouldn't recommend hanging out to eat (seating is not good) but to go is perfect. The owners are friendly and everything is super clean. read more

Great tacos. Authentic. Carnitas crunchy and full flavored. Pollo in a creamy rich sauce. (Carne Asada unremarkable and not charred). Lots of fried and fresh onions and cilantro IN HOMEMADE TORTILLAS with mild green or spicy red salsa on the side with a wedge of lime.
