I would not recommend this food truck. I got the El Cubano and the pork was DRYY. The sandwich barely had any flavor. My friends got the grilled sandwich and literally took a bite and threw it away. Not only the sandwiches were bad but the bald guy was extremely rude. We were debating on getting extra order of fries and he screams "make up your mind!" Definitely won't be coming back. read more

This truck was at the Amber waves the Grain 10/23/21. Menu looked good until the food he served was nothing like what he advertised. He had these big buns and two tiny pieces of meat and a few onions. Complete rip off. Wasn't able to really taste the food in the bun because it was all bun. Plantains were like hockey pucks. The only ok thing was the mashed potato ball's which he bought frozen. The talk was we all had the same experience. For $10 that was not worth it. We found El Cubano food trailer by accident parked next to Fix Auto Repair in Orange (153 N Cypress St, Orange, CA 92866) when we were driving by. The food at this place is awesome and Chef Luis is very nice and really cares about the customer experience. We have been back to his food trailer multiple times and it hasn't disappointed us yet. The owner sources authentic cuban ingredients that, when mixed with his cooking skills, makes for unmatchable flavors when compared to other restaurants.
