Mulita with suadero (brisket) - very good!!
    Carrie R.

We had the mulita with suadero and gordita with al pastor. My mulita was really good. It had a lot of meat, the meat was real tender, and I really liked how they toasted the cheese. Oh and the freshly made tortillas were delicious! My husband had a gordita with al pastor. He also really liked the handmade tortilla, but he said the al pastor was just OK. I had a bite of his pastor, and I think my suadero was better. Their salsas were tasty, I liked that they had pickled onions - they had a nice little spiciness, and I really enjoyed the grilled onions and chiles that came with our order. I would definitely go back to try something else!

Dame dos tacos de asada y uno de al pastor.

I followed them from their previous location in front of Home Depot on Tustin Ave. I love the tacos here, tortillas hechas a mano coupled with the amazing molcajete salsa. The BEST locally here in Orange.

I got 2 asada tacos and one pastor taco

Although the horchata can be a little too sweet, I don't mind that but just letting ygs know.

This food truck is an absolute gem. I ordered the Picadillo Sloppy Joe -- ground beef simmered in a house-made tomato sauce with green olives, onions, and bell peppers on a soft Cuban roll -- and I am still thinking about it. Rich, layered, and deeply authentic. Every bite felt like a little piece of Cuban culinary tradition. The menu has something for everyone -- classic Cubano sandwiches, hearty Platos like Lechon and Ropa Vieja, appetizers like croquetas and tostones, and more. Impressive variety, all made with obvious care. This is not fast food. This is home cooking on wheels! The ambiance around this truck is something special -- it genuinely feels like you've been invited to someone's home for a homecooked meal. Vibrant tropical colors, hanging flower baskets, good energy all around. And the service is exceptional. Warm, friendly, and passionate. Luis's love for Cuban food and culture comes through in every interaction and ingredient. 10/10. Will be back again!

I'm not kidding when I say my mouth started watering the moment I sat down to write this review…read more I've never been a taco truck person, and I usually avoid the "taco guys" at parties because the meat often tastes cheap, fatty, and lacking flavor. So I was honestly skeptical. However, my 85-year-old mother was craving some good, authentic street tacos, so I turned to Yelp and decided to try this truck because of all the great reviews... and now I understand why they're so highly rated. The food was absolutely delicious. The carnitas tacos were out of this world. The meat was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. They added just the right amount of cilantro and onion, enough to complement the taco without overpowering the meat. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell care went into the preparation. One thing I really appreciated was how they package the food for takeout. They actually place the tacos on plates and wrap them in plastic wrap, which keeps everything intact and warm. I live about 20 minutes away, and I will happily make that drive again without hesitation just for those carnitas tacos. My only regret is that I only ordered two! Also their green salsa is so tasty, I wish I could've dumped it all over my tacos but it was a little spicy for me (I can only tolerate a very mild spice level ‍) but wow was it delicious!

There was seating outside the food truck, tacos came out hot and fresh in about 10 minutes, and each taco was $1.50-$2.50. I can't ask for anything better. My whole meal was only $5. My friends and I tried the pollo, quesabirria, and birria tacos and also got a carne asada plate. The birria is a 11/10 and I would go back to devour 10 more. The chicken was super flavorful and not dry at all so I loved that as well. I didn't really care for the salsa but my friend really liked their red salsa. I have no other words. I would a million percent come back. Ratings Everything 10/10

Start cleaning out underneath your table pushing you out as fast as they can. The bar just closes down not even announcing a last call. And what is with those awful margaritas. I can't believe that a Michelin feathered Mexican restaurant can serve such awful margaritas. And I am not alone as I mentioned it to another Restaurant crowd and they agreed and said they were probably the worst margaritas in Orange. I don't know whether it's the mix or the amount of alcohol or what it is but they come out watery and really sour. A totally good dining experience has to encompass everything, food is only 50% of the deal the other 50% is service with a smile, and this one lacks it. Now there could be a reason for this epic shutdown at 9 PM. But I wonder what it is? Santa Monica seafood in Santa Monica on Wilshire Boulevard has to have last orders in by 8:30 because if they are not closed out by 10 o'clock entirely, the neighbors complain that they are putting out trash and making a noise after 10 so that I understand. But it took me a year to find that out from the owners. Restaurant owners are so stuck up and anal, I know I was one. Gabbi, whom I have never seen, should spend a night or two watching her Restaurant closing up.
