The grilled chicken burrito wi the Gorgonzola cheese is fabulous. Don't forget the cilantro lime rice. Best in Missoula.

My tacos were cold, the meat and guac were flavorless, and the "cilantro-lime sauce" just tasted like mayo. Not fresh, not good.

Great burritos, fish tacos. And the soup -- available in Winter -- is a special treat.

They pulled ahead of the infamous taco del sol imo. Better quality and more options.

They decor is lovely and festive from the giant Frida painting to the lights over the table (I'll get pics next time). Our server showed up immediately with menus. The host brought chips & salsa. The chips were warm, thin, crispy, and had just the right amount of salt. The salsa was delicious with just the right amount of heat (a little more wouldn't make me sad) and wonderful tomato flavor. We ordered drinks next. We were pleasantly surprised that they had non-alcoholic option, especially a margarita. They're my sister's favorite and she can no longer drink them due to a heart condition so this made her day! It was delicious too! I ordered the Quesabirria tacos even though I don't eat meat because the old me has been dying to try these. My sister ordered the Street Tacos which happened to be $3 since it was Taco Tuesday. The meat in all the tacos was tender, juicy, and so flavorful! My sister loved the Al pastor taco! We could have shared because it was a lot of food, but so worth it! The staff was attentive and our server (sorry I didn't catch her name) was extremely accommodating and eager to make sure we had everything we needed, not to mention sweet and friendly. We will definitely be going back. We've already referred friends who have been, now, and given their stamp of approval.

I want to use a worse word but I won't. This place is also like a sister restaurant to Rowdy's out on reserve. The husband runs Rowdy's and the wife runs this location. Both husband and wife aren't nice or even friendly. That really why the 3 stars. I'd much rather give my business to nice, friendly and grateful people who treat others well.

The taco shell was already falling apart and the amount of lettuce and cheese on it was a little bit too much. I ended up just eating the shredded beef after by itself because it was good all on its own. The carne asada plate was the highlight. The meat was grilled perfectly. The rice and beans were also good. I requested some flour tortillas to go with the plate. Service by the woman who initially sat me down and checked on me periodically was also good. The food came out relatively quick and everything was good. This was one of the few Mexican restaurants I spotted in my time in Missoula, glad I came here for lunch to check it out.
