Tasty American food! We visited Miller Creek Cafe on a Sunday afternoon, and it was mostly empty. This establishment feels like a small-town restaurant and has a large television in the corner. We split the grilled mushroom melt, the pickle nickel, and the angry fries. The melt had a tasty sourdough and great mushrooms. The pickle nickel featured a number of delicious fried pickles with a good dipping sauce. The angry fries had excellent fries and a decent sauce and ample blue cheese. Overall, I enjoyed my meal at Miller Creek Cafe and would recommend them for American food in Missoula. read more

Lennae is an Amazing Old School style Server. She's Happy, Fast and very aware/ efficient- checking on tables at the right time, refilling drinks before they're empty and quickly delivering the food as soon as it's ready. Food is fresh, very tasty and made with Pride. Portions are great and a good value. I definitely recommend this place. The food was excellent! Pancakes were huge and fluffy and the breakfast sandwich was one of the top three I have ever had. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant is on a public golf course so we were able to pivot breakfast right into the green for some putts, a pleasant surprise. A little "off the beaten path" as far as finding the place if staying downtown but it's worth venturing out for! read more

This is the only negative review I have ever penned. Prior to this disappointing meal, I had decided not to review an establishment if their faire was so much less than anticipated. Sadly, my dinner this evening at Miller Creek Cafe was beyond disconcerting. In fact ... the meal didn't even exist!!! Let me explain. My Grandson and I dined here last Friday (6/30) on our way to see the new Indiana Jones movie in Missoula. Dining, especially someplace new, can be such an adventure I deemed it appropriate for our trip! I had the cheeseburger while he enjoyed the Angry Bird (a fried chicken sandwich). This cheeseburger was THE best cheeseburger I had EVER enjoyed in my life. The two "mashed" brisket & chuck patties were cooked to perfection. The brioche bun soft yet firm. The shredded iceberg lettuce one of my favorites, the amount of American cheese just right, and the pickles & tomato simply tastebud tantalizing. The meal was sooooo good that today I forced my wife to accompany here for dinner (she wanted to go elsewhere and is not a BIG cheeseburger fan like me). For us this was a 45 minute drive to get there!!! Imagine our collective disappointment to discover the Cafe was closed when we arrived at 4:00 PM Saturday (7/8). The online hours reflected them open. ZMenu said they were open until 8:00 PM! Their own own website stated hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00PM! The OPEN sign was lit in the window. The hours posted in the opposite window showed them open ... until 7:00 PM!!! DOORS WERE LOCKED. NOBODY INSIDE. LIGHTS OUT. NO NOTE POSTED APOLOGIZING FOR THE UNANNOUNCED CLOSURE. On this trip, I would've taken some food photos and confirmed my initial rating and tasting of the eatery and awesome service. Now, sadly, that won't happen. If you decide to risk eating here DO call ahead before you commit to this dining "adventure". read more

Great food, generous portions, excellent service! This was a great find in Missoula. I had the fish and shrimp basket, great taste on the cod and very large shrimp. The cocktail sauce is made with wasabi, now why didn't I think of that, I'll never use horseradish again! Thanks Andi for the excellent service. We found this cafe on Yelp. We found it at the golf course. It is a causal place with simple table and chairs. We ordered fried pickles for an app. They were tasty with a thousand island type sauce served with the pickles. We both ordered a sliced sirloin grilled steak sandwich. It came with some beer battered fries. They serve beer there and we had 20 ounce beers. My husbands favorite beer is Cold Smoke and they carry it. I had a Belgium White beer. Be warned the pickles on the side are sweet! (Personally not a fan, but my husband liked them!) The sandwich was delicious and MESSY! Thankful for good nations! This looked good on Yelp, so I thought I'd give it a try. Oh, it's a clubhouse, nice! The menu looked amazing, lots of tasty options to choose from. I went with a special "Buffalo Crispy Chicken" (Super Tasty!) and did the Loaded Fries (Yummy! They were my favorite type of fries). Such a great lunch and great service too! The chef is an artist! Last night we went here for the first time since we moved to linda vista. It is a mile away from our new house and we really enjoyed the food! I had the johns pork chop sandwich which was very good. It is a golf course but i thought the menu had a large variety of options. The place was very clean and the staff was professional and helpful. The only downside is that the place is relatively small so it tends to be a bit loud and your neighboring table is right next to yours. It is worth the quick drive from missoula. read more

In town visiting and found this place close by for lunch. Really easy ordering process via telephone and loved that they had GF options for their burgers. Burgers were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Very easy to customize each of our burgers too. We got a ton of fries with each of the burgers, enough for a whole meal! Very impressed with the amount of food you got for the price. Staff was very friendly when we picked up the food and easily switched out our salad dressing when FIL decided he wanted a different dressing after we had ordered. Good food, reasonably priced. First time trying Miller Creek Cafe, and overall quite good. Had the BBQ bacon burger....pretty greasy, but tasty. I was surprised how tiny the bun was, half way between a slider and a burger, but piled high and very filling. Wedge fries were excellent. Service was excellent, not sure about those who posted about slow service, but when I was there it was super slow so perhaps that made a difference. Very nice beer selection with a nice variety. Value for price was okay. Wifi is nice (allows me to write this review at the table). Overall, quite good. Lots of easy parking in the golf course lot. Would come back, but perhaps order something less greasy next time (although the bacon burger was great on a cold winter night). read more

Wanted to try this place for a while, moved near the restaurant and finally gave it a go. It's small inside but it's a "cafe" attached to the golf shop so this was expected. Inside and the bathroom was clean. Taylor was friendly and professional. We ordered a mushroom burger, chicken parm wrap, cheese fries, fries, and a side of Mac and cheese. Mushroom burger was tasty, I was skeptical to order something more adventurous due to some unique items. Feel more comfortable trying something else next time. Cheese fries were a waste of the extra dollar, the fries were great plain. The chicken parm wrap was okay. Nothing to praise here. When I can probably make something better at home, I'll try for something else. The Mac and cheese, looked like kraft Mac and cheese, tasted like a poorly made kraft Mac and cheese and cost $5. Granted I understand that this probably for the kids so I get the price, but it's definitely not worth it. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and satisfied with my meal.
