I'm never renting jumpers from your place again! We got the spider man, and they set it up and had a bag of food inside but still didn't think that bad of it. Th older man cleaned it with a diety rag and said, "Let it dry and left." He walked up to it, and it smelled bad. we cleaned up again to make sure it was clean and relaixmzed it had MAGGOTS!!! Last weekend I used El Duende to supply my party with tables & chairs and a bouncer. First let me say WHATA DEAL!!! I got a bouncer, 3 tables & 24 chairs for $74! LOVE a Bargain! SECOND SOOOOOOO WORTH THE MONEY!!! They delivered the Friday night before and didnt pick up until about 11AM on Sunday so we def got our $$$ worth. They are my party supplier from now on!! read more

I love family businesses because la familia is everything. But this place is a joke. No doubt, they are very inexpensive and maybe that's this businesses' argument- you get what you pay for. The first time I rented a bounce house, I was quoted $55 or so. I get a call from the business saying that the driver's truck broke down a mile or two down the road, and if I could take my truck over there and pick up the bounce house from his truck. The problem is that I don't own a truck. Eventually, the driver got a friend to pick him and the bounce house up and deliver it to my house and all was fine. I was happy, even though it was a stressful hour figuring out how we were going to entertain 30 kids at a kids birthday party. The second time I ordered a bounce from these guys, they don't call to tell me they have problems. I called them 30 minutes after my party started asking them where they are. They tell me they are 30 minutes away, do I still want the bounce house? Yes! I have 20+ kids here that need entertainment! Please come! They call me back in 30 minutes telling me, "uuhhh, we don't have anymore bounce houses." What? Why didn't you tell me that before so I could have ordered one from another vendor? They respond, "actually, our truck broke down. Sorry.- click" If you're not sure you want a bounce house, and you're willing to play dice on your bounce house, then this place for you. If you're like me and are willing to pay with flesh to keep your kids off of your back, then go somewhere else. read more

If I could give this place a - 0, I would. Ordered a hulk jumper for my sons bday early December & ordered it for 10 am on a Saturday. Party was at 1pm. 11:30am rolled around and I called them to see where they were; man said "my wife wrote u down for after 2." I said, "noooooooo she told me 10." he then said with an attitude, "she doesn't speak English very well." I said, "why is she answering phones if she doesn't understand what she's doing?" he then said,"my wife is right she told you after 2, and you should just find someone else for jumper service." Mind u, this was the DAY OF the party! and I know for a fact I ordered for 10am, I watched her write it down! I Rated 1 star because I couldn't rate zero! We used this place for our last party & what a disappointment it was. The tablecloths all had grease stains. One of them had a cigarette burn and there were still old ribbons on the chairs from the balloons from a previous party!!! I truly don't understand this. They don't check their merchandise before renting it to the next person. Probably don't even wash their linens (based on appearance) . What was the most upsetting thing of all, ( and why I'm on here leaving review), is that, we called them to let them know and they gave us attitude. Did not care AT ALL. It was a couple of hours before the party and the girl who answered the phone, ("Maria's sister), told us that if "we wanted to get other table cloths we needed to drive to their location". We had zero time to be driving around before the party. She did not care nor was she surprised to hear about our complaint. She was extremely RUDE. Did not offer an apology. I will NEVER rent from them again. Ever!! Again, had they been apologetic or at least TRIED to resolve our issue I would have NOT be leaving this review. If you don't care about promises that won't be delivered, use their service. We rented tables and chairs for a party which were to be delivered on a Friday. No show, no call. When we called, they claimed they wrote the number down incorrectly. The goods were to be delivered at noon the next day. They showed up over an hour late. Then to pick up, they were supposed to arrive at 5pm and instead showed up at 8. If your plans are flexible, have fun and use them. You can always bet on how late they show up I guess..... read more
