One completely collapsed while a guest was sitting on it, and he fell hard to the ground. He injured his back and wrist bad enough that he needed weeks of physical therapy. When I informed the owner, Sylvia, her only response was, "Can you tell the driver when he pickup to put them a side thank you". I also asked for a partial refund for the unusable chairs (about 25% of them), but she refused and only offered an $8 credit toward a future rental. That completely misses the point--this is about client safety and accountability, not a small discount. They are lucky we didn't pursue legal action. This is more than bad customer service--it's a liability waiting to happen. The fact that they're still renting out broken equipment is unacceptable and dangerous. Think twice before doing business with them. They're unsafe, unprofessional, and couldn't care less about their customers. I will never use their services again.

Other cute options in stock were a cactus, unicorn, dia de los muertes girl, etc. They receive new piñata shipments from Mexico every Friday, and the contents of each shipment are not known in advance, so you'll likely have the most selection on Friday/Saturday. The stick/rope/bandana bundle is $8, and they charge an additional 4% service charge. Service was knowledgeable and helpful.
