Food is fresh and made to order. Had the caldo de pollo and it was delicious! A few months ago I tried the pupusas and they were really good!

Was driving by and decided to come in since I was hungry. It is a very large restaurant. The cashier didn't speak much English but we were still able to communicate. They don't have a menu posted but you can ask for one. I asked for the house special and with pork and cheese. The AC is pretty weak in the establishment so I took my food to go. On a Saturday at 1245, there was only one table occupied. There's plenty of parking since there's a big lot. The pupusas were very hot and fresh! The curtido is perfectly sour for me but too sour for my boyfriend. The jicama is $6 for a large and a little light in flavor for me but still refreshing.

    Apples and carrots.

Sadly this place isn't it if you're craving pupusas or an ensalada drink. I can't comment on the rest of the food since I only got these two items. The place is clean and the waitress was nice and attentive. The food was disappointing. The pupusas revueltas were a good size and had stuffing in them but they didnt have any flavor. Had to add salt to them. Same goes with their salsa de tomate, it was literally just blended tomatoes no flavor to it. The worst let down was their ensalada. the only fruit it had was apples and "carrots"?!? I've never had an ensalada served with carrots in it and sadly that's all you could taste. Really bummed about this place because it's close to home but we wont be coming back :(

These pupusas are really good but they take a while to prepare them so I recommend calling in your order ahead of time.

The pupusas are not the greatest to be honest. There is a place called El Salvadoreño #2, way better.

With many flavor options to choose from you'll have difficulty deciding. We were meeting family at Haven City and it was a better deal to walk to El Jireh than to eat at the Salvadoran place located inside the food court of HCM. Large pupusas accompanied with a delicious cabbage slaw or as I'm told "curtido" and some nice spicy hot salsa. If I'm craving pupusas when we are ever here at HCM, I'm only coming here as the food is more reasonable and a lot bigger portions.

I got a loroco and cheese, chicken and cheese, and a bean and cheese pupusa. The pupusas were large and good for sharing. The rice and beans had good flavor. The order was ready within twenty minutes. Parking was limited in the front but plenty of street parking and space in the back parking. Service was quick and friendly. The inside is spacious with plenty of seating. They take both cash and card. They also serve other dishes and had a variety of drinks. Overall, I would come back and try some of their other pupusas.

I like to get their loroco and cheese, beans and cheese, spinach and cheese, and zucchini and cheese. The pupusas are great in size and very flavorful. I could be speaking from absolute hanger but my plate was absolutely delicious. I'm not sure what it is called, but the menu is small so it won't be hard to find. They served a side a bread and we had to ask for butter which is no big deal. Unfortunately the staff doesn't really speak a lot of English but pointing at what we wanted worked really well. One thing I am not too happy about was the use of plastic utensils. Now I'm not one to judge bc it could be maybe they do not have enough staff and it is completely understandable, but I mean I'm cutting into a steak so maybe a plastic knife isn't the way to go? Overall it was great place and it was nice and cool inside.
