No carside delivery on this trip though, and the mix of ingredients seems to have shifted. My burrito had virtually no lettuce, less avocado, and more bean than before. The menu board pic shows lettuce no longer included with a supreme taco but we didn't order that so I cannot say for sure. We still enjoy the food but hope the balance of ingredients returns. We would rather pay more for balanced entrees than less for a shift to inexpensive ingredients. Down a star for that.

My mom had the asada tacos. My mom loved the steak but not the tortillas. My favorite part was the slightly griddled tortillas. Welcome to a day in our house. The menu is very to the point. A few tacos. Chips and salsa. Bottled Mexican sodas. I'm not mad at it. Everything was super fresh. The tacos are around $5 each but they are STUFFED with meat. The salsa roja is hot (hot, hot, hot according to their website), but delicious. Next time I'll try the veggie taco since that's probably more my speed. However, there is also now a separate man who makes fruit bowls out of the back of his pickup truck, which doesn't seem clean or up to code. He has a table set up in front of him, but we saw him cutting up several larger fruits on the actual bed of his truck. We did end up waiting double our estimated wait time, but they were super busy, so it was to be expected. They gave us an extra soda when our food was ready, which was really nice.
