Since then, I've continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the same issue keeps happening. Every single time I write NO CILANTRO clearly on the order, and every single time they ignore it. How hard is it to leave out one ingredient? It's honestly frustrating and disappointing. It doesn't matter how good your food is if you can't respect your customers or follow basic directions.
