    Cuba Libre w/ Diplomático

I completely recommend this place. It's a restaurant/ bar and nightclub. If you're trying to get your dance on to some salsa and merengue with that venezuela feel. This is your place. They had a live band when I went. Omg it was blast. Went with my mom & sis. There's a $10 cover per person. Tables need to be reserved. They do serve food pass 9pm which is great. We sat at the bar and had some drinks and some food while we waited for the place to get more crowded and people start dancing. Once the band went up folks were out of their seats dancing away. We paid for our bill (which was pricey) and went to the dance floor. The bill came out to $140 with tip for5 Cuba libres and the empanada meal. I was baffled because we spent about that earlier on our meals & drinks and had way more stuff. Overall I will go back and I do recommend for dancing and having a great time. Everyone is as very nice also. We danced with some ladies who were dancing alone and we also got taken out but some gentlemen throughout the night . Definitely go to shake a leg. Be mindful of your bill. Might be better to get a bottle.

made reservation and drove 30 mins for nothing. they don't have enough room to accommodate my reservation even though it was confirmed by yelp... didn't find me a seat with my wife, we had to start driving around to find a place for lunch. waitress was rude and not helping at all to accommodate my request. find a better place

Excellent place for a dancing night. Good music and plenty of parking!!! The food is good too with different options.

It's a place for people over 50 years old. Not for young crowd. But if you like dancing salsa it won't bother you.

Some Colombian restaurants rent in places where the lease is absorbed by the paying customer in the charge of food- this is simply not the case here This restaurant is a staple of the area and don't be surprised to walk in and hear patrons greet the staff as if they were regulars because they most certainly are familiar faces I ordered a bone broth to start with grilled steak and rice entrée and finished with a cup of coffee that was brewed to perfection This is the kind of place you go for quality food in a cozy environment Parking is somewhat limited out front, which adds to the exclusivity of it unless you're in a walking distance While I was there, I also noticed a multitude of Mobile dining orders, which lets you know plenty of people want with this place has to offer and after having eaten here today, I can completely see why: great food great staff amazing price points

The girl that answered was super friendly and told me they could have them ready for the time I ordered, which was great!! I got to the location for my pick up and the whole parking situation was a mess. I had to park a bit far, which was more of an inconvenience than an actual problem. Once in there, I went to the counter where there were 3 ladies working. I'm literally in front of them and about 4 minutes went by before any of them even acknowledged my presence. I'm the one that finally spoke up and said "buenas tardes" and they acted as if I had just miraculously appeared in front of them. I find this absolutely shocking, as most Colombian restaurants are so welcoming and polite. I ask for my order and they tell me to wait a moment. About another 5 minutes go by and they bring out my order horribly covered with some aluminum foil. In the car I grabbed an empanada to have a taste and it is all burned inside and out. When I got to my gathering I removed the aluminum foil and about 10 empanadas were in the same badly burned condition. These empanadas cost a little over $2 a piece! I paid $90+!! I understand Saturday was the Colombia game and they must have been swamped, but if you can't provide quality product, don't overwhelm yourself by taking on more than your kitchen can handle. The oil must not have been the right temperature cause the empanadas were extremely greasy. Luckily we were able to place them on some paper towels to soak up the grease and most of them were consumed. Everyone said that the taste was decent, but they were definitely over fried. I have no idea what their food and service is if you dine in, however I highly recommend not ordering out. There's much better Colombian places.

We all got multiple items and were satisfied with the food. However the service was a bit off since it was hard to communicate in English which led to some mistakes in the drink orders and the drinks also took a while to be finished. Now they've expanded and while this was my first time at the Flagami spot, it didn't matter one bit. The same delicious food, the same friendly, fast service, and that unmistakable Miami vibe were all still there. I came for what I've always loved: the fried pork chunks (nobody does them better) and the lechón, both full of local flavor and perfectly prepared. Though they offer pastries too, I opted to swing by a bakery separately but it's great to have that variety available in one place. I was in and out very quickly, which is always appreciated when you're just trying to grab something good. The staff behind the counter were just as nice and efficient as I remembered from years ago. If you're in town and craving authentic, hearty Miami eats from meats to juices to fresh fruits this is definitely the place. The only hard part? Choosing just one or two things from their incredible variety.

Before I continue, I must acknowledge my own bias that I have been coming here for decades and many of the dearest celebrations that have been held by friends and family who grew up in this neighborhood took place here; certain family traditions are special. Guests are treated to this Nicaragua restaurant fair with Spanish influence and I have been happy to be coming here for what I can only approximate to be three decades. I also acknowledge that we are familiar faces since money talks and repeat business holds more weight. It's because of that that my family continues to opt to come here. Dinner wouldn't be dinner without an order of fried cheese and a nice Big Daddy Churrrasco steak. We were helped by Frank and German/Hernan and receded and treated kindly and welcoming despite arriving at 9 o'clock on an evening where the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Service was top-notch from the entirety of the staff team from the bus to the back way to the head server. I ordered my steak medium, and I am pleasantly surprised to report to the YELP community that arrived exactly as I hold for which is something that a lot of restaurants miss and air on the side of caution by sending it out medium well. I'm not a steak snob or a steak foodie or a steak of fish I'm just a guy who can tell the difference between medium and medium and well and I'm glad that they followed through accurately. The interior feels like an outside Hacienda and there's something comforting about that to me something nice and different in a place where everything has to be chic. I'm just a guy who likes to eat good food and be treated well. Had a nice price point with people I care about this case my immediate family so that's why I'm giving this place five stars. I think it's worth checking out if you're interested.

Overall it's still decent, but I'm hoping the meat quality improves and gets back to where it used to be.
