I am not really familiar with Venezuelan food other than cachapas and arepas so it took me at least 20 minutes to order due to everything looking so good. Everything we ordered was so delicious and freshly made: the service was excellent and parking was easy and free. I typically like hole in the wall restaurants and authentic recipes so I wasn't sure I would like this place since they have several locations, but they need to because it's so good!!! Once in there, I went to the counter where there were 3 ladies working. I'm literally in front of them and about 4 minutes went by before any of them even acknowledged my presence. I'm the one that finally spoke up and said "buenas tardes" and they acted as if I had just miraculously appeared in front of them. I find this absolutely shocking, as most Colombian restaurants are so welcoming and polite. I ask for my order and they tell me to wait a moment. About another 5 minutes go by and they bring out my order horribly covered with some aluminum foil. In the car I grabbed an empanada to have a taste and it is all burned inside and out. When I got to my gathering I removed the aluminum foil and about 10 empanadas were in the same badly burned condition. These empanadas cost a little over $2 a piece! I paid $90+!! I understand Saturday was the Colombia game and they must have been swamped, but if you can't provide quality product, don't overwhelm yourself by taking on more than your kitchen can handle. The oil must not have been the right temperature cause the empanadas were extremely greasy. Luckily we were able to place them on some paper towels to soak up the grease and most of them were consumed. Everyone said that the taste was decent, but they were definitely over fried. I have no idea what their food and service is if you dine in, however I highly recommend not ordering out. There's much better Colombian places.

I will say, the restaurant itself is fairly quiet, however, one of the two tables had a table with two ladies at it. One of them was on her phone with it on speaker! This is a huge pet peeve of mine! If I'd been dining in I would've asked the waiter to have her take it off of speaker. She also had a very loud ringtone. When it rang it made me jump and I commented how incredibly loud it was. They put the chicken breast in a separate to-go box so that the heat of it wouldn't ruin my salad. The dressing was also on the side so the lettuce wouldn't get soggy. Very considerate. I tried the dressing before adding it, and I didn't really like it. It tasted like one of the sweeter ceasar salad dressings. But I was home, and had my favorite Cardini's ceasar dressing in the fridge. The chicken was delicious! I enjoyed my salad very much. My daughter's chicken sandwich looked delicious! It looked a little greasy, but she really enjoyed it. She was only able to eat about half of the sandwich or of the fries. She also enjoyed her leftovers. We would definitely return.
