Food was amazing. We got so full off the app we had to take out Baleadas to go! Meet the cook she was lovely had to tell her how amazing the food was. Service was spectacular. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the restaurant was so cute and well decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Felt like someone's home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't wait to come back!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Good food, great prices, wonderful service in an adorable, quaint setting![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I LOVE Mexican, Central & South American food (blame my Costa-Rican father!) so I'm a big fan of baleadas, pupusas & tamales, etc. Came here with my dad recently & ordered a Mora juice (blackberry) and the combo that came with una Baleada Sencilla (beans, cheese & natilla, I also added avocado) & a Pupusa (bean & cheese). We also had delicious Cuban coffee & flan for dessert. Our waitress, Karen was so sweet & all the employees were lovely! Will def be back to try the Pollo Ceibeño!

Great Honduran restaurant. I loved their baleada and soup. The soup is an absolute must. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service and location were great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have parking available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is casual and great for families.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food tastes very authentic and to me Honduran food has a very particular delicious taste. Definitely a go to place moving forward.

LOVED this place. The quality of every dish that came out was superb. Great example of Honduran food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant although fairly large was packed to the brim for lunch on a Sunday afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter was very sweet and took his time with us, we aren't used to ordering Honduran food, so a lot of questions were asked. I ordered the beef soup or sopa de res, they only had one serving and three of us ordered. So we let my mom take it. She loved it. I ordered the carne asada as my second choice and I wasn't upset. The dish came with rice, a coleslaw salad, maduros (plantains), a slice of avocado, refried beans, a slice of white cheese, and two tortillas!! Talk about yummy leftovers. The steak had an amazing taste and was juicy. I cannot wait to come back to try more dishes.

Just bought a balada from here for take out and had some piece of metal brush it looks like

Great place but they gotta be more cautious never eating here again got a piece of metal brush inside my balada

Typical Honduran plate with carne asada. Everything was excellent.

I just moved to East Little Havana and am trying some authentic places, I refuse to go to Brickell and wait for a table surrounded by women wearing sequins on a Tuesday night, so I try to hit authentic places 90% of the time just like I did in New York my whole life. I've been hitting Las Cabañas Salvadoran on the corner of Calle Ocho and SW Fourth Avenue, so I found this Honduran place no much farther up Calle Ocho (it's all walking distance--I live near Jose Martí Park on the Miami River). It was around 9:30am on a Sunday morning. I barely speak Spanish and the nice waitress who speaks no English figured out my order of a typical Honduran plate consisting of a carne asada, refried beans, white rice, avocado, white cheese, maduros, lime, pico de gallo, and a small salad of cabbage topped with a tomato slice. This was huge. For some reason they grilled a steak and then sliced it into pieces and put it on a skewer like a pincho with grilled onions and peppers, but it was grilled on a flame with grill marks. Maybe it was to get the whole meal served on one plate. I also had a strong cafe con leche. The food was delicious, rather large for any meal of the day but I powered through it and paid the price later by not going to the gym or being productive. I'd definitely go back there for the food and the man who speak English and works the Apple Pay device appreciated the compliments and that I had been there the first time.

I have known of this place for at least 7 years now. The food usually takes more than average to get to your table. Like they say, great things take time. I love the decoration of sombreros, clay sculptures and the amazing information plastered on each table. If you are Honduran, you will love learning more about the culture from those tables. Ok, let's talk about the real one, the food. I ordered la cena especial. Tajadas (thin like my preference), frijoles (perfectly fried), maduros (on the right spot), queso fresco, mantequilla hondureña, aguacate (great quality), huevos revueltos and a medium well cooked meat. I also had an Horchata. I totally recommend this place. Outstanding service.

I've been here a couple times. I visit from Chicago and I love Honduran food! So if you're looking to explore different Latin-American foods this is definitely a place to go! Their pupusas are good. I got a mix. They're baleadas are also amazing! I feel like this place is usually packed, but worth the wait! I recommend you try the Honduran Tacos and enchiladas!

    Friends + the place. Spacious.

I grew up in Miami and have never visited here, we were recommended by a friend. Pupusas could have been better, a bit softer and with a bit more sazón flavor or whatever they put in there. We also had carne asada with rice and beans, I've had my share of carnita asada plates, a typical dish in any Catracho (hondurean) restaurant this was okay, was expecting more. Over all it was okay, I might visit again.

The interior is crisp and clean and bright. Definitely a standard I'd expect from HK. I had a lunch special which included app, entree and dessert. Everything was delicious. The salad was so good. The flavor was so good for a simple salad. The burger was a great size, full of flavor and well balanced. The sticky toffee pudding was the best part overall but that also might be because I'd never had it. Wonderful experience, and the Gordon screen at the entrance is too fun.

While we enjoyed the overall experience, several service and execution issues took away from what should have been a special evening. Drink service was slow throughout the meal, and one guest didn't receive a refill until dinner was nearly finished. We were also told a birthday glass of wine would be complimentary, but it still appeared on the final bill. For the food, we ordered garlic butter for our steaks but received large portions of cold butter that hadn't melted. We also weren't informed that the filet already included garlic butter. The prawn appetizer had an off flavor, and one of the three filets was overwhelmingly peppery while the other two were properly seasoned. We ordered two bottles of wine and, due to limited tableside attention, often found ourselves refilling our own glasses throughout the evening. Overall, the food was enjoyable and we appreciated the opportunity to celebrate here. However, for a restaurant at this price point, the service and attention to detail should be much stronger. We traveled four hours for this experience and hope these issues were simply the result of an off night.

We came here for brunch and had an excellent experience from start to finish…read more I opted for the bottomless mimosas (which were around $25 per person for 1.5 hours), while my husband ordered a Bloody Mary. To start, we shared the cornbread, and wow--it was absolutely delicious. I would order it again in a heartbeat. For our entrees, my husband got the catfish and grits, which he loved, and I ordered the fried chicken with cornbread waffles. It was SO good. Seriously, I can't stop thinking about it. We shared collared greens on the side and they also were amazing- they were so flavorful! I really can't choose a favorite dish. I would order exactly the same way next time (even if it was too much food ). The atmosphere was also fantastic. The restaurant feels trendy and stylish without trying too hard, and everything is done very tastefully. They also have an outdoor dining area, which we didn't use this time, but it's nice to know it's there for good weather days. My only two very minor complaints: I wish the cornbread came with a little more butter--it was just a tiny smear, so next time I'll ask for extra; And I wish they offered a hotter hot sauce option for those of us who like a bit more spice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and I'll absolutely be back.

Relaxed, elclectic atmosphere, super friendly service, and food that had us questioning how tf we hadn't come here yet. Here's what we ordered: * Cornbread * Deviled eggs * Mac and cheez * Smoked Chop * Lobster Bucatini Everything hit. The cornbread was incredible, the deviled eggs (our fav) disappeared in record time, and that mac and cheez was comfort-food perfection. The smoked chop my hubs ordered was slightly overcooked, but he still enjoyed it. My Lobster Bucatini was an unexpected win. Rich, light, but so so flavorful. Sadly, we tapped out before dessert, but honestly, every single thing we had delivered. Left stuffed, happy, and already talking about when we'd be back.

Okay besties, gather round because this review has PLOT…read more The night started at Upside (RIP to my expectations) .. we heard they were doing a Love Island finale watch party so naturally we pulled up cute, ready to scream at our TVs about who was gonna say "I love you" first. Walked in and... it was giving empty. Like FIVE people in the whole place empty. Ma'am this is a SEASON FINALE, where is everybody?? We gave it one sad look around and collectively decided we were not about to watch a couple win a relationship AND $100k surrounded by absolutely nobody's energy. Enter: the group chat scramble. Somebody said "wait isn't grails doing something?" and GRAILS SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT. Five minute walk later and we're suddenly in the middle of what can only be described as a full Love Island themed production. Not a chair in sight when we got there (we stood for a solid 20 minutes like the dedicated girlies we are, no complaints, we've suffered for less) until a table cleared and we swooped in on some couch seating like the tactical geniuses we are. The vibes? Immaculate. The energy? Impeccable. Smirnoff had the place fully sponsored ... team walking around handing out merch, free shots, drinks flowing, and a Love Island themed photo booth that had us posing like we were the ones about to get a text. Moral of the story: should've come here from the jump. Grails didn't just host a watch party, they hosted THE watch party. Watched the finale with my fellow Yelp girlies in what felt like our own little villa and honestly? No notes. 10/10, will be back for the next situationship-ending finale.
