Even the Americano was disappointing--barely hot and lacking any real coffee depth. The atmosphere didn't help--cold and somewhat sterile, with loud acoustics that make it hard to relax. The decor also felt mismatched with the building's overall aesthetic. Staff was fine--nothing negative, but nothing that stood out beyond basic customer service. Overall, this wasn't a 5-star experience.
