The matcha with cold foam was good, though not my favorite. The sourdough blueberry muffin was a bit dry, but I really enjoyed the crumble topping. Awful experience today. I honestly don't understand the hype surrounding this café…read more We arrived around 8:55 a.m., and they were scheduled to open at 9:00. At first, I was confused because there was no staff present. Someone finally arrived after 9:00, but no tables had been set up, there were no trash cans available, and there wasn't a place nearby to dispose of garbage. When we approached the truck, we were told we couldn't order until approximately 9:20 because they weren't ready. To make matters worse, they were completely out of cold brew. This wasn't announced on Instagram and wasn't indicated anywhere on the menu. Several people in line left once they found out. The person I was with ended up not ordering anything because they had specifically come for the cold brew, and I couldn't get any tea bc it's insane they only have those two choices for iced tea, especially in Florida. We ordered cinnamon rolls, but they were served cold. There were no napkins provided or up front when she gave us the COLD cinnamon rolls. The only iced tea options available were black tea and Earl Grey. One of my friends ordered an iced matcha and received it in a hot beverage cup. After a few minutes, the cup became so soft that it felt like it was about to fall apart. However, we noticed one of the owners drinking a cold drink out of their typical iced cold cup. What really stood out was the attitude of the employee working in the truck. She seemed annoyed by customers' disappointment regarding the lack of cold brew and the limited iced tea drink options. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, her attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Based on the service alone--and the overall disorganization--I would not return. The entire operation felt unprepared and chaotic. Very disappointing.

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start, which made the whole experience feel warm and inviting. They don't really have seasonal or specialty drinks, but you can add flavors to the coffee, and the coffee itself had really good flavor. The real standout though was the pistachio cake. It was honestly one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. It had the perfect amount of sweetness while still being light and fluffy. The cream in the middle was made with mascarpone and ricotta, and it was so good I could have eaten it by the spoonful. I would 100% go back just for that cake alone.

The mini lunch is one of my top favorites, especially paired with their passion juice -- so good! For our meeting, they prepared a beautiful breakfast spread, and the entire team truly enjoyed it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Silva's Bakery helped make our presentation feel special, and we'll absolutely be back. The barista had a face that he was ready to go home and did not enjoy his job. It was 8:30 AM. Then my wife's Americano tasted pretty bad and they didn't even give her the courtesy of exchanging it and they made her pay for a second coffee. This for me destroyed any good feelings about this place. Customer service and experience definitely needs improvement. Please do better! I want any and every business to succeed but only the ones that treat customers do.

The ambiance and decor are beautiful, minimalistic, and comfortable. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The display cases that showcase the large fluffy croissants, pastries and sandwiches make your mouth water. The espresso coffee drinks have a deep rich flavor and are super creamy. There are several different types of milk you can choose from. The almond croissant was so flakey and delicious. Prices are typical for Naples, meaning not cheap, but the quality makes up for it. It's a wonderful place to meet up with a friend for breakfast or lunch, or just hang out and get some work done. I'm so happy to have Three Sixteen in the neighborhood, and can't wait to return and try more things on the menu.

The latte was a little stronger than expected. I thought that there would be more strawberry syrup. I also ordered a dark chocolate dipped and filled croissant. I was expecting it to be completely filled with dark chocolate cream; however the croissant had only one dollop of cream in it. I spoke to a server and they confirmed that the croissants normally have this amount of dark chocolate cream inside the croissants and that nothing was out of the ordinary. I was pretty disappointed considering that the croissant was over $10. Although I was expecting more at a 316 Cafe, I hope that this isn't the case if I decide to come back again. Place looks nice though! Vibey and good decor, just wished product matched the aesthetic :/ Update: spoke to cashier and they offered to refund the croissant and gave us a raspberry Danish to try instead, good customer service

5+ Star Review for Mercato Italiano…read more From the moment you walk into Mercato Italiano, you know you have found something special. This is not just a café. It is an experience that brings authentic Italian flavor and warmth right into the heart of Naples. Let me start with the espresso. The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality in every sip. It had that true Italian profile, bold but never bitter, and it set the tone for everything that followed. Now the food. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The croissant itself was fresh out of the oven, light, flaky, and buttery in all the right ways. Inside, I had two sunny-side-up eggs cooked just right, paired with prosciutto, bacon, and ham. The combination of flavors was incredible. Every bite gave you a perfect mix of savory, rich, and slightly salty notes, all brought together by that warm, delicate croissant. What really stood out was the presentation. This was not just a sandwich thrown on a plate. It was carefully arranged on a platter, clean, inviting, and done with pride. You can tell they care about every detail. The atmosphere completes the experience. The energy inside is welcoming, relaxed, and full of character. It feels like a place where people come not just to eat, but to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment. Whether you are stopping in for a quick espresso or sitting down for a full breakfast, the environment makes you want to stay. The experience was outstanding along with the service that made you feel like Family. If you are anywhere near Naples, this is a must-visit. Mercato Italiano delivers on flavor, presentation, and experience at the highest level. This is easily a 5-plus star spot, and a place I will return to again without hesitation.
