To date, I have seen Phantom of the Opera, Waitress, and Hairspray. I actually also missed out on an opportunity to see the hilarious Jo Koy who did his stint here as well but heard nothing but good things! I'm thrilled that El Paso can have these Off Broadway shows so that everyone can experience the beauty of theater art and see how much talent a group of people can put a show together and wow a crowd of all ages. A lot of people don't seem to realize just how crowded a theater can get and I've literally seen people leave because of that reason. It's unfortunate because it often happens when the show has already started and people on stage very much see every movement of the audience. Although it puts a slight hamper on the theater experience for myself, the shows are beyond magical and captivating to forget all about that inconvenience thankfully. I also have never bought season tickets for anything in my life but in order to get the optimal seats I wanted AND make sure it can be for Hamilton (only the best musical to date), I had to get season tickets. For Orchestra row S, I was very happy to pay $1000 for 6 shows. Thank you La Plaza Theater for bringing more life to El Paso!

You can't go wrong- El Paso, get out during the week and see a show or concert. They have a "basics" bar- they can make basic cocktails, and they have wine. They beverages are served in these very cool souvenir cups with a snap lid to prevent spills as you make your way back to your seat- and the bartenders can make a gooood drink! I take Uber or Lyft when I come so I don't have to deal with traffic and parking. There are two major restaurants right in the vicinity for pre show dinner or post show drinks and dessert. Folks take advantage- this venue would be $$$$ in NY!

I really liked how it was so easy to find and park at the adjacent parking structure. Parking was $20 for this event. My sister had told me about this venue before because she watched the Trans-Siberian Orchestra here a few years ago and loved it :D ! I forgot to check online regarding their bag policy. So it wasn't until I got up there near the entrance that an employee informed me that my Kipling crossbody bag was too big and pointed out their clear bag policy. So I had to leave my crossbody bag in my car, and just carry my wallet with my driver's license, some credit cards and cash. I'll remember to bring my clear bags the next time I come here. Customer service was excellent :D ! All the employees checking us through security were really courteous and friendly :) ! And even the vendors selling food and snacks inside were really courteous and friendly :) ! I just bought a hot dog once I got in, and also a fruit arrangement with tajin and lemon juice :) ! The kettle corn line was super long! But I could see why! The kettle corn itself was so hot and fresh :D ! Carrie Underwood sang and performed so amazingly and beautifully with her stellar powerhouse vocals :D !! I have followed her ever since her humble beginnings and early days on American Idol and she was phenomenal :D!! I still have her original debut album "Some Hearts" all the way back from 2005 on CD :D ! I felt like all of El Paso came together just to see her perform for that one night only :) ! LOL :D ! There was plenty of closet and drawer space, a full living room area, and a dedicated desk that made it easy to catch up on work when needed. The large TV was positioned so it could be viewed from nearly every area of the suite, which was a nice touch. The room was exceptionally clean, and the linens were fresh, soft, and comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep every night of our stay. The amenities were outstanding. The on-site laundry facilities were incredibly convenient, especially for an extended stay. We also enjoyed spending time in the courtyard, which provided a welcoming space to relax and visit with family. The pool was another highlight--we used it almost every day. It was always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with towels. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help. The daily breakfast was consistently well-presented, fresh, and delicious, with a great variety of options. The waffles were especially outstanding and quickly became a family favorite. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. SCAM‼‼‼ I booked a two night stay at this hotel and called two months in advance to request a…read morechange to a one night stay. I was explicitly told that my original rate would be honored for a single night. However, upon arrival I was informed that I would either have to pay for both nights regardless or be charged an outrageous $900+ for just one night. This directly contradicts what I was previously told and is completely unacceptable. When we attempted to resolve the issue we spoke with Assistant Manager Jacqueline Carbajal, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to let us fully explain the situation. She even acknowledged that there were notes in the system supporting our claim, yet refused to take any corrective action. We explained that we had driven 12 hours overnight, and had we known we would be forced into paying for two nights, we would have made entirely different arrangements. Despite this, there was zero effort to provide reasonable accommodation or customer service. To make matters worse, the maximum posted rate on the room door was $600, yet we were told we would be charged over $900 a completely unjustifiable and deceptive price. This experience reflects extremely poor management, lack of accountability, and what feels like outright dishonest business practices. I strongly advise others to reconsider staying here.

They just want to buckle and dime people who are visiting their loved ones at ft. Bliss, or just coming to town for work and staying next to the airport. You have your very average, run of the mill, SHS hotel. Went to the gym to check it out and they have a bunch of "machine is out of order signs". So maybe they're using the parking fees as a pot to repair the gym equipment? Hotel was fine. Like I said it's the same basic footprint at all the shs. While the lady at the desk was nice, she did mention that the fee is very unpopular with the guests but the "manager wants to keep it". But I really don't see what value it provided. No security. No gate. So, that being said if you enjoy being nickel and dimed when you stay at a hotel this is the place for you. I will take my gold status with Marriott, elsewhere.
