Now Ms. Pena is here from Cuba, She arrived in 2023 & was given asylum paperwork, a work permit, & a future court date. She was traveling just fine & made it all the way to St Louis bus terminal & boarded a transfer bus to Dallas. After arriving in Dallas she needed to transfer again to another bus to El Paso. Well between St Louis & Dallas they make multiple quick pick up spots usually 15 or 30 minute stops. At one of the stops armed ICE Agents boarded the bus & told the bus driver they were performing a ID check. Then proceeded to ask random people for their Identification. upon removing a couple of people already, Ms. Pena showed the officers her paperwork, then they removed her off the bus & sent her to a detention facility & now nobody knows where she is. 1. Why is a Grayhound bus driver allowing ICE agents on a bus just to perform random ID checks without a warrant. This is illegal, there is no probable cause. Especially in the middle of the united states, nowhere near a border city or town. Ms. Pena is a caregiver, not a criminal. My advise do not take a Grayhound bus anywhere, they are working with immigration at major bus stations all throughout the US & allowing ICE to board buses at random places with no warning & without warrants and just taking people off & disappearing them. Very disappointed with Grayhound.

I booked two tickets from El Paso to Phoenix. Tuesday at 2:30 am with an arrival time in Phoenix at 10:30 am because it was so cheap. My mistake, you get what you pay for. We got to the station at 12:00 am just to be safe and went to the ticket counter to get our tickets. We waited.. and waited... waited some more until finally a girl comes running from the back. We seriously thought no one was working the front.. we get the tickets and sit down. Oh and she lets us know the bus is an hour late! Ugh!! I've got to say though that this is probably one of the cleanest stations I've ever been in. It didn't smell like BO and I saw the employee sweeping up the trash every so often.... The bathroom? Don't ever use it. I think they mop the floors with pee? Did I feel safe? NO. The person sitting behind me was bragging about how they had just gotten out of jail after being locked up for 12 years... the person sitting next to me was nervous and scared and asked me 362828 times if he was going to get robbed and if the bus was safe. (It was his first time on a greyhound) I just giggled. Oh an adventure it was, an adventure that I will never take again! Oh and the bus smelled gross. Wish people would learn how to shower for the sake of others. Oh you know I like the smell of sweat, feet, pee, and smoke all together, ahhhh yess :)

I confirmed the reservation and meet up instructions as well as concerns due to their age the morning of the trip, and Rosario assured me she would personally meet them at the baggage claim. This is essentially the bus hub in the city as FlixBus and NMDOT Gold Line buses stop here as well. If you need to connect between bus routes, you can do so here. The Roadrunner Transit building is handy if you need to use the restroom or want to buy a day pass. And it is easy to catch the right bus as each stop is clearly marked with the route number.

Got picked up from the airport and taken directly across the border to my hotel in Juarez, MX. I am glad I decided to go with their service after I read all the reviews on yelp, tripadvisor, facebook, and google search. I had never crossed the border from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. So I was unsure what the process was like. I called AndaleRide and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I had to cross over the border and meet up with my wife at the U.S. Consulate in Cuiadad Juarez Mexico. I had many questions regarding safety and procedures. Joe addressed my concerns and was extremely helpful. I used their app to make a reservations for the trip to Juarez and the returning trip back into the U.S. Making the reservation on their app was pretty easy and straight forward. On their app you can even give them your flight number so they can track your flight and make accommodations for you. They send you a text with your driver's name and vehicle information so you can find the driver right out of the airport. On the day of my arrival at the El Paso airport their driver Lucy Gonzalez picked me up right on time!! She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had not eaten that day so she helped stop by a restaurant so I can pick up some food. She then drove across the border and dropped me off at my hotel in Juarez. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the El Paso/Juarez area and border crossing. The whole experiences was great. I felt very safe the whole time. If you can, I would recommend you request her as your driver but I think any of the drivers AndaleRide employs would be the same because they fully vet their drivers. For my return trip I also got a text from Lucy before pick up at my hotel. I had the same great experience going back across the border to the El Paso Airport with an added priceless moment that couldn't have happened without Lucy's help. On the returning trip Lucy was extremely kind to grant what may have seemed like a silly request for 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches for my father in law. My father in law used to live in the U.S. but has since returned to Mexico. He was also in Juarez just to accompany my wife. In Mexico their McDonalds don't have Fillet-o-fish sandwiches so he hasn't had one in over 15 years. When we asked Lucy for her help she was like "no prob, will do". She showed up with the fillet-o-fish and my father in law just had the biggest smile on his face. We were so fortunate to have her as my return driver and very grateful for her kind gesture. It was a simple act but made a HUGE impression on us. This made our experience with AndaleRide a very special one.
