Quick Lunch It was pretty day so I ventured out the office & had a delicious lunch special here. My service was attentive & nice. I like how she didn't rush me to order cause I did take a while lol! I had the Los Tres Amigos with a side of queso to go over my rice.. so good! Everything was cooked to order cause my plate was HOT lol! For desert I had the fried cheesecake. At most places it comes warm, but it was cold. It was still nice & sweet. Overall ambiance was comforting & friendly. It was a great place to decompress for a nice lunch. They also will be serving brunch soon! So stay tuned for that. I will do a review of that menu when available. read more

I'm not sure why it has taken me so long to discover El Paso Mexican Grill but boy am I so glad I did!! This place never misses with the quality to the food offered. Yesterday I learned they have a different take on the traditional "Taco Tuesday" and instead they do "Tuesday Fajitas." I'm not usually big on fajitas because it's typically more food than I can eat however Moses, our server described them as something we didn't want to pass up. So chicken fajitas was the chosen dish for me while my friend ordered the steak fajitas. Well let me just say.......OOOOO MMMMM GGGG.......delicious!! The meat and veggies were cooked to perfection!! Like I didn't even need the tortillas. I only had one and ate the chicken and veggies. While the meal came with the whole set up and rice and beans, the main attraction stole the show!! My friend had jalapeños sautéed with hers and it elevated it to a full fledge tastebud party! Our server, Moses was very attentive, gracious and extra patient. He treated everyone sitting around that bar as if they were the ONLY patrons in the place. That level of attention is rare in today's service industry so it was very much appreciated. My daughter and I enjoy girls time at a restaurant. We normally order mocktails, appetizers, and entrees. We were disappointed to find out that there are NO virgin drinks here! I asked could they modify one of the delicious drinks and not add any alcohol but the waitress said no they could not. Bummer! First time this has happened. The food was just okay. The food was okay, but it was overpriced for the overall experience. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We asked twice if they could sing "Happy Birthday" to our son after seeing them do it for another table, but our request was never acknowledged. Throughout the visit, we felt unwelcome. They kept asking atleast 3 times what we orders we told them " on the taco just beef and cheese. And on the enchilada just cheese" she looked at us confused and said "we cant do that" we have been to many Mexican restaurants and they all can understand i will update after we get our food. UPDATE:so apparently it wasn't the servers it was the cooks because they said that no one would order that like what?? And the cook came out to bring some order or whatever and they watched us eat for a minute. You can tell he was so confused. Then she came out and was like I'll get you your uhm....... so we we said "ticket??" And she said yea the ticket i have only been working for two weeks. A few years ago this restaurant served delicious food, all of the vegetables (lettuce & tomatoes) were very fresh. The atmosphere was relaxing where you could enjoy your family and friends. Last week I brought my family there at night, unfortunately we had just missed the live entertainment, and what we got was extremely loud Mexican rap...and an occasional loud love ballad....it sounded like we were in a club...We couldn't hear each other speak...it detracted from the meal that already wasn't as good as it once was. read more

Service could improve. The servers all stand around the check in desk they are loud and do not pay attention to customers. I flagged mine down for a drink refill she took the request and walked right back to the desk. I had to flag her down again after 5 minutes of watching her have fun at the desk. I'm so frustrated. We've been here 2.5 hours. I've haven't gotten my food. We have a party of 25, and I know that's stressful but, the server is so overwhelmed that he can't even manage our tables, and his other tables. I'm currently waiting to pay out, so I can go somewhere else and eat. I completely understand being understaffed, but this was more than ridiculous. As a restaurant manager we try not to take reservations we cannot accommodate. And my suggestion is they should adopt the same policy. I know the hospitality industry is struggling with staffing, but I'm not sure this was the issue tonight. I was only able to get the Patron margarita I ordered, my oldest niece didn't get her food, and my youngest niece never got the drink she ordered. As a party of 25-30 ( I'm not sure how many people came) the servers grat would have been so much more if he had the proper help. Also, He kinda just stopped taking our tables order half way thru the party. We had to call him over to take the order for our quarter of the table. We had to go to the bar to order second and third round drinks. Once the people that came SUPER late received their food, I kinda gave up on patiently waiting, and made plans to just go somewhere else and eat. Again, trying to be understanding. My review is a 3, cause I'll never give a local establishment a low score. My patron marg was decent. It was pretty Strong too. The complimentary chips and salsa were basic. We ordered on Doordash and was charged $5 for extra Queso x3. We received he tiniest little cups of queso. We only received 1 bag of chips for 3 orders, and they put all three orders of quesadillas in one box with no extra plates. They can't be that cheap on supplies. read more

El Paso has been a go-to spot for me and my best friend. I've been here too many times to count and I can confidently say that the food is consistently delicious. Never comes out cold, seasoned perfectly, and truly authentic. I usually get enchiladas but what I also love about El Paso are their drinks! They have 2 for 1 margs from 2-6 PM everyday (drink menu is attached). El Paso has a nice outdoor patio area too. I wish I took a picture! They have string lights and host live music sometimes too. It's honestly a great all-in-one restaurant I love to touch on service when I go to eat. I will say the service can be hit or miss as I've had servers before who were not that attentive and it took me forever to even place an order. But today I had the pleasure to be served by Tyrone L. WOW! He is a 5 star -- no a 10-star server! He was very bubbly and full of energy from jump. Despite having multiple tables inside and outside, he was available and close by. I appreciated him letting me know I could get 2-for-1 margs when I originally ordered one. With servers like him, I know El Paso will always be my favorite (and the best) Mexican restaurant! read more

I hadn't been here in a while and honestly I had forgotten how good this place was. I really LOVE the bean dip that they bring out with the salsa and I love that they have an a la carte menu. The tostada is good, the choriqueso appetizer, the chicken fajitas and I also really like their steak nachos. Their happy hour is EVERY DAY from 2pm - 6pm and their Margaritas are delicious! I usually mix the Strawberry and Lime Margaritas & it's so refreshing! The servers are always really nice and they have a pretty outside patio too. Service at the bar the day I went was pretty terrible to be frank and it wasn't because they were busy, in fact the place was dead. The young man would leave to the back repeatedly and stay gone. As long as I was sure to get what I needed before he left I was okay but I had to be sure to ask even when my beer was clearly almost empty. So why the hell am I giving it four stars? normally love el paso! our go to spot! atleast every 2 weeks! today we came for cinco de mayo! but unfortunately they had a very limited drink menu. 2 types of margarita, 4 beers and some Jell-O shots. disappointing. also our waitress said we had to put a card on file to open a food order to put anything in because of walk outs. not a fan, ended up going somewhere else. unfortunate because we love el paso and the changes they are making. just not a good call. read more

Presentation is ALWAYS on point at this place! Hour food always comes out pipping hot and beautiful! Unfortunately it is very unseasoned or super salty in the case of my quesadillas. The fajitas and grilled veggies looked amazing but were severely lacking flavor! Maybe next tome we will ask for extra seasoning and see what happens! Ill let you know! I usually come here about 3x a month if not more. My roommate and I decided to come here one night around 8:30. We received our chips and cheese dip, the cheese dip was very thick (like they had just cut the warmer off), the chips were stale. We received our food and there was a long black hair on my roommates fries. We both have brown hair. She asked them to remake it and when she got her food back, the quesadilla was cold and the fries felt like they had just been under the warmer, not remade. On another occasion, we came here and the food was great but the waitress was very rude. She only came to our table to take our order and then she brought the check. We didn't tip anything because we both believe in working for your tips and she did not do such. I also wrote on the check that the waitress was rude. read more
