Delicious food! Everything was tasty and fresh! Food came out fast and hot. Good atmosphere and Victoria was very welcoming!

This place has such great food! It comes out hot and tasty! They are quick and Victoria is very welcoming! 10 out of 10!

I've ordered aji de gallina once before at this location and was not content with the dish. I've decided to try again a year later to see if the quality got better but it's the same. Unfortunately it just lacks a lot of flavor, and the chicken is overcooked again. The first time I had aji de gallina was from my Peruvian friend who cooked this for me in his home. It had so much flavor, a bit of a kick and the chicken was moist and didn't have that rubbery feeling at all. He no longer lives near so I thought I could come to El Patio to get that authentic Peruvian taste. Such a shame. Will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending it either.

Disappointing & Overpriced -The restaurant charges for bottled water -- no tap offered. Some plates come with no sides, sides are extra. These are all sneaky tactics to upsell and increase the bill. Music was blasting in an empty restaurant, staff ignored our request to lower it., therefore it was not a relaxing / quiet meal. Waiter asking where we're from felt like profiling. Food is overpriced and subpar. We won't be back.

Was in town over night and my cousin recommend this restaurant. From the outside I was a little unsure. My husband and I ordered the fried red snapper with black beans. I got the fried yucca and he got the side salad. The presentation was good and the portion was definitely big. The food was well season. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Stopped by El Patio in Fort Myers for lunch. I got the tacu tacu pollo, husband got the seafood paella. Both were absolutely delicious and ample portions. (you have to ask for the abbreviated lunch menu. Items $8.99 or $11.99, soda or tea included). Service was impeccable and the entire place was spotless. Yes, I'd go back over and over! MAJOR carry outs were picked up!

Literally amazing food. I've always passed by while I was in Cape and wanted to try. I ordered the Steak a la Parilla and the fish ceviche. The ceviche was delicious! My steak was good, but I recommend spending the extra money and getting the Baby Beef (skirt steak). My friend got that and it was 10/10, so amazing. They also have fresh juices as well! The food was so delicious I can't wait to come back to Cape and eat here again.

I found a ROACH in my food after I had eaten my LOMO SALTADO. It was camouflaged with the soy sauce. The manager only said sorry but that does not fix anything! I can't imagine how the kitchen looks back there. NASTY!

El Patio in Cape Coral has some really good food. Everything is cooked well, seasoned well and generally tastes great. It's not,... unforgettable or amazing in any way BUT if you want an authentic Peruvian experience, this is it. The green spaghetti will throw some people off BUT it's amazing. Yesterday's green spaghetti was a bit underwhelming but it's ok. The tostone was also a bit dry, like they double fried it after letting it sit for a bit. They were dead so that's ok too. The beef was cooked perfectly and that potato was so good. I love potatoes anyways so this is always a welcome addition. (Having a potato haha) The only issue I had was that the meat burned a hole in the container and the juices got all over my wife's pants. It was... disconcerting. Thankfully we were eating in the car and we're going to go home afterwards but I'd make sure of these things or put cardboard spacers in between the food containers.. If your hankering for something different than tacos and want something more... exotic in the food department but still ethnic, El Patio is the place to go!

Walking in the restaurant smells marvelous..... not a spicy smell, but more a blend of savory. The table had white paper and was decorated for Valentine's Day !! Nice touch. First time for us.... They were not very crowded for lunch and we were seated right away. Victor approached us to take our drink order. What a friendly, nice guy. I ordered the Red Sangria, ($15.00) in a big wine glass which was very tasty. I then ordered the Pulpo Al Olivo from the "starters" menu, with a side of Tostones. (Which was Octopus, sliced avocado & a terrific Kalamata Olive cream sauce. The octopus was tender and piled on slices of avocado. They didn't skim on the avocado at all. Wasn't sure why the club crackers were added to the plate. I pushed them aside at first, but then used them as they were intended..... OMG..... the crackers added a slight buttery, savory taste to compliment the Kalamata sauce. And, it was extremely tasty and plentiful. Definitely would order this again !!! My husband ordered Tallarin Huancaina Con Savana de Lomo. My best interpretation was ~ skirt steak on pasta with a spicy cream sauce !! He LOVED it !! We asked.... they provided !! We were able to buy a 16oz jar of the delicious Huanciana sauce to take home. YES...... YES..... highly recommended and we will be back again !!!

Both inside and outside tables are available but we opted for inside table. There are many Christmas ornaments both inside and outside at this time of year! Nicholas greeted us with a warm welcome. He is personable, with a friendly smile. In fact, he informed me that the word, Sunqu, is a Quechua word that means "heart" and comes from the Incas. We were set up with fried plantain slices, roasted corn nut, concha, with dipping sauce. Both tasted freshly made and crunchy. It went well with my full glass of Sangria. A great way to start your meal! Wife ordered her favorite Peruvian dish, Lomo Saltado. She loved how the beef was cooked and the seasoning is perfect. I ordered the grilled octopus. It was tender and flavorful. This is a culinary experience you must try! The presentation for both dishes are colorful and artistic. In fact, I ate the flower as Nicholas told us it is edible! The chef, Oscar, ask me how I like the grilled octopus. I said, "Love it and well done". We were so full and did not try their Seven Leches cake! If you like Peruvian food, this is the place for you! Check it out for yourself. You'll not be disappointed. Five stars rating!
