The parking to this place is easy. And there is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. It is always clean and they sell some pretty Mexican plant pots outside that are fun to look at. The food here is super good! It's some of the best tacos and quesadillas on the east side lol they have a lot of food options and they are all so yummy! Our waitress was quick on her feet and was very polite. She came and checked in on us a couple times to see if we needed anything else and was attentive. If you're ever in channelview I recommend to check this place out! 10/10

My boyfriend and I came for the first time and here is the inside scoop: Ambiance: They offer inside and outside seating. The outside looks nice at night because they have these pretty string lights that really put the place together. The inside needs a little more shaping up as far as decoration goes. However it has a lot of potential! They have working A/C to beat that Texas heat though! And the place is not loud so it's perfect for having conversations. As far as cleanliness goes, A+. Service: When you get here they ask you if it's for here or to go and if you're dining in you can pick your own table. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We came on a night where it was not slow, but even so, the staff was quick on their feet and very proactive. They are wiping down tables and preparing them for the next customers, theyre working as a team to keep the establishment clean, and they're checking up on everyone to make everyone is being taken care of. Food: We ordered 1 taco de trompo, a order of chicken tacos (5 in one order) and 2 quesadillas the pollo and here are our thoughts: 1: Taco de Trompo: I like to dress up mine with grilled onions, regular cut onions, cilantro, green salsa and limón. The meat was pretty good and tender. The taco was hot and yummy! I give it a 8/10. 2. Tacos de pollo: I think that the chicken alone (before you dress up the taco, if you take that route) is very plain. It was probably just seasoned with salt. I'm a woman of flavor, so I was expecting a little more. However after dressing it up with all my favorite toppings I'd give it a good 7/10. 3. Quesadilla de pollo: my boyfriend had this dish and this is his review: As mentioned previously the chicken did lack seasoning but the queso and lime made it better. The tortilla de harina (flour) was good. I rate it a 6/10. Honorable mentions: This location has a little post where they sell Mexican artisan products which is pretty cool and worth taking a look. After considering all factors above we give this place an overall score of 7/10. It's definitely a chill spot with quick service and we would most likely come again to try the hotsdogs if we are in the area!

Hey y'all first time here, place had plenty of parking, service was a little slow, took more than 5 min to have Someone come to the table, but seems that we have allowed this to be the norm these days. They have televisions playing sports and music in the background. The setup is nice, ambience is pretty cool. Food was good I had the polémica burger wife had a baked potato loaded with fajita. They only had cantaloupe fresh water they were out of pina and sandía, on a Friday night around 10pm and they close at midnight, had to get the Piña . Sodas are can and they have water bottles. Overall not a bad place, will probably try a different item some time.

Highly recommend this taco restaurant, very fast service, and delicious food. I had the campechana and it's very filling than other Mexican restaurants I've tried. If you ever want to get some real Mexican food.. this is the place for you.

I love the el Perron here. Good stuff. It's not your average hotdog place. It is a fusion of American food with a Mexican twist. Fresh ingredients and they don't chinch on the meat. You are gonna get a belly full.

But damn, it's a good hot dog…read more Admittedly, I avoided Yoyo's the cart for years, namely because I had hard time justifying an $8 hot dog that I would need to wait 40 minutes just to sniff. The wait is a non-factor at this location in POST Market (#1), which happens to be one of the best food stalls in their star studded lineup. The menu is literally just the hot dog and it's breakdown of ingredients. There are a few drink options on the menu from soda to lemonade, but that's it. It's a simple menu and I'm all for it. The hotdog ($8) was described to me by their hypeman behind the counter: "It will change your life." An excellent slogan indeed. The all-beef hot dog is sliced and grilled and topped with a combination of onions (fried + caramelized) with many drizzles of honey mayo, yoyo's hot sauce, and layer of cream cheese. It doesn't sound like something that works well together, but it does. The end result is that I want more than one, perhaps 2 or 3 in a sitting. The hot dog didn't change my life, but I now appreciate life more because of it. __________ (#1) https://www.yelp.com/biz/post-market-houston

An all beef hotdog, caramelized onions, fried onions, honey mayo, Yoyo's hot sauce, and cream cheese. Unfortunately, it really fell short for me. The one positive was that everything, down to the bun, tasted fresh. However, overall, the flavours just didn't work for me. There was a lot going on and the combination felt a little too busy rather than well balanced. That said, I can absolutely see why people enjoy it. The service was prompt and friendly and the area seemed clean. The price point also felt pretty reasonable for a hotdog with this many toppings. Perhaps this late night staple would hit different after a few drinks but once was enough for me. Still, I'd recommend giving it a try if you're visiting Houston, especially since it's such an iconic late night Houston eat.

I swear the Bulgogi Fries were screaming my name, though. Yoyo's Hotdog - Yoyo--YO. This thing slaps. I definitely craved a Coke or a beer while eating this because that salt kicks your taste buds' *ss. The caramelized onions paired with the crunchy onions were a double whammy that could topple a few hot dog title holders. The real winner, though, was the sauce--definitely something Asian-inspired. But hey, I'm running on five hours of sleep, and that's the best my smooth brain could come up with to describe the experience. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

I got their famous hotdog with spicy mayo, french onion, sautéed onions, and hot sauce. (That's how it comes standard) don't get me wrong it's definitely a lot going on from the flavors and the messiness of the dog, but the flavors balance out very well and the all beef hot dog is delicious. There's no spice from the mayo or hot sauce so if you don't like spice you'll be fine. I also tried their bulgogi fries which came with bulgogi meat, jalepenos, cheese and cilantro. My first reaction was it was delicious but it wouldn't be something I would get again, but after I kept eating it I realized this is actually really good and now when I go back I'll definitely try it again.
