Grabbed my order and headed home. So, the burrito was stacked with egg and that was about it! Maybe a bite of a bacon. No potatoes in the burrito. A good breakfast is stuffed with egg, good chunks of bacon and diced potatoes. Maybe go with 12' tortilla. Fill it up and charge a premium price. Not sure if they mixed it up and just missed on this. It was busy so I'll give them that. I'll give the benefit of the doubt but I'll try again later. Hopefully this was just an off day.

This isn't some Michelin star restaurant. It's a broken down food truck with a giant barrel smoker in a gravel lot. Meat is cooked with no rub or marinade which is fine because the hickory smoke is the seasoning. Most times the ribs are a bit dry, but if you're not a prick, the sauce makes up for it. It's tomato based and heavily spiced with cinnamon and pepper... Delicious. If you are a prick, you'll still love the smoked sausage. If you're a big sides guy like me, their potato salad is some of the best I've had. Mayo based but also vinegar, and sweet relish for extra zing. Slaw is good. Beans are good. Peach cobbler is pretty basic sloppy homestyle stuff. Not my favorite but my parents and grandparents dig it when they are in town. I serve it with vanilla ice cream at home. Don't let the yelp snobs scare you away from a good experience. Go try it for yourself.

They offer great breakfast, lunch & dinner options along with a full bar. Parker is in an older house with outdoor patio, indoor and bar area with stools. The restaurant is clean and the service was good. My server Angel was friendly and helpful. I tried the maracuya (passion fruit) aguas frescas. Since they are a bit sweet I asked for seltzer water making it fizzy and wonderful. For my entree I chose the surf and turf costra tacos. They come three to an order and are packed with grilled steak asada, grilled shrimp, sauteed onions, guacamole, rice, esquite (corn with cheese, mayo, lime and other spices) and salsa macha. The It is made with oil, chile de arbol and sesame seeds. It was something I haven't tried before and used on the tacos and rice. The taco entree was $24 and very filling. Que delicioso! Cencalli offers street parking and a reserved lot for businesses nearby. The restroom was clean and well maintained.
