Hands down the best El Pollo Loco I've ever been to, maybe even one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever visited, period. Everything here looked brand new, from the counters to the seating area, and you can actually see the chicken being grilled right behind the counter, fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You could taste the difference immediately. The horchata? Delicious. But what really blew me away was the cleanliness and service. The moment a customer left, a team member was immediately there wiping down the table. You don't see that kind of attention to detail often, especially at fast food spots. I normally don't write reviews for chains, but this location truly deserves a shout-out. You can tell the staff here actually care about the food, the environment, and the customer experience. I think it was a bad evening for me when I went in this place. Let's just say...don't leave out unless you check your food. I ordered the 3 Tacos al Carbon Combo. Let's just say I ordered cilantro because they forgot the chicken‍ Don't get me wrong...I had chicken in my tacos but it wasn't enough to taste because it was covered with cilantro. My friend told me to take it back but when you're tired and you sit down with everything open before you...you don't feel like packing everything back up to take back to the restaurant. We stopped at this El Pollo Loco for lunch and it was great. El Pollo Loco is a large franchise and some are great and some pretty bad. This is one of the good ones. It was not too crowded when we were there and we decided to eat there. The service was fast and very friendly. You simply order at the counter off their menu on the wall and you get your food pretty fast. Their chicken was super tasty and not at all dry. We had tacos, a chicken combo plate, a tostada and a couple of other items and we loved it all. The only downside was their flour tortillas, I wish they would make them there or buy better ones. But that said, the chicken was fantastic and we will be back to this one. Gave fun. read more

We came in for a quick late lunch and was craving for chicken. Menu is extensive offering just about everything- fam meals, plates, burritos, tacos, salads, tamales, bowls, soup, kids meals, $5 combos, etc. Ordered the $5 tacos all carbon- 3 grilled chicken tacos with cilantro and chopped onions. Comes with a side of tortilla chips and a drink. What a deal! They have an awesome salsa bar- my absolute fave is the avocado salsa!! They are not giving out the right servings/portions for the tostada salads. When you ask for beans on the side, they give you your beans in a salad dressing cup not in the 2 ounce serving cup which is the right portion you supposed to receive. Service is slow. And they charge you extra for salad dressing, and they only give you one. That container in this picture is what they give your salad dressing in. they don't Smile and say thank you for coming to our Pollo Loco. The restaurant is clean. read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Went in tonight 4/4/24 around 6:30 and ordered a chicken tostada and a chicken Pollo Bowl. Got them home and they were disgusting. It seemed like they were old and had been sitting awhile. So, I called and talked to the manager "Karen". She out and out admitted that they make a "bunch" an hour before and if they don't sell, they make new ones and throw the other ones out. I argued that is not what they advertise. She said it was all fresh an hour ago. That is NOT Fresh!!! They advertise Rice and beans in the Tostada, there were NO Beans and about a tablespoon of Rice. She said they only put a tablespoon of each in and that was right. I asked for her Supervisors number, she said she was not allowed to give it to me and I should look on the back of the receipt for a recorded customer service number. I should have known when the place was empty and it took them less time to hand me my order than it did to take my money!! Never Again!!!! read more

El Pollo Loco I love coming to this El Pollo Loco. I love coming here for their burritos, out of all the El Pollo Locos nearby, no one does it better than this location. They serve it spicy how it's meant to be served. They serve authentic JUICY legs and thighs for your order instead of burnt pieces. Trust me it happens. I love the customer service when they do it right. I appreciate a employee named Maria, she is a cook and brings me myself curbside order. She even stays there while I go over my order to make sure it's correct and if I'm happy. I would give her personally 5/5 stars for her amazing attitude and service. They don't mind when I ask for (3) Pico de Gallos for a combo meal, like other locations where they say they don't have Pico de Gallo and give you House Salsa instead, or where they limit you to (1) salsa per order which I find highly ridiculous. It has 12 or 16 pieces of chickens, 2 large sides (Most of the time, I get 1 large mashed potatoes with gravy & 1 large Spanish rice), 10 flour tortillas. What a good combination!! I also get 10 large cups of pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole. Sometimes, I get the chicken burrito with avocados, cabbage, cheese. It's delicious!! Assistant manager was beyond rude. It's not my fault she is miserable at her job. She was eyeing me the whole time I was there from the moment I walked in, made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't recall her name LiLi. I got carbonated water in a water cup and she made sure she went out of her way in front of EVERYONE saying the cups I gave you were for WATER ONLY. In which I got WATER. Moral, is why try to humiliate someone in front of a crowd of people to make yourself feel better. This is our favorite El Pollo Loco location. We come here every so often to pick up food to-go, I haven't dined-in here. I also haven't called in or ordered online so I don't have experience with that. I just order once I get there, and haven't had to wait too long. All the times we've ordered from here the food was fresh. Our fave sides are the mashed potatoes/gravy and the mac and cheese (which can be a bit salty). I also love all the salsas and making tacos with the tortilla and chicken. I recommend saving coupons that you get in the mail for El Pollo Loco, always nice to save a few dollars. read more

I placed an order through Doordash several days ago and I was very disappointed in my meal...I enjoy eating at El Pollo Loco however the meal I received was very unappealing... The chicken breast and wings were dry (overcooked w/burnt spots) and lacked flavor...The pinto beans and coleslaw (mediocre) The size of the wings were so small they gave me 3 which actually equaled to one...What kind of chicken is that to where the wings are that small???... The house salsa was very bland...Had I not ordered pico de gallo for my chicken, I wouldn't have had anything to go with my chips...The chips and pico de gallo was my meal outside of some garlic bread I had with it... The quality of food I received was very poor...Never should that food have left the kitchen let alone been delivered...The meal I received wasn't edible for consumption...I doubt whoever prepared that meal would have eaten it...Then again who knows...I know I didn't...No way to enjoy it... read more
