El Pollo Loco is my go to place for a fast, casual and somewhat healthier meal. And but I was really disappointed when visiting the Norco location. The customer service there gets three strikes. You're standing at the counter with money in hand and you're ignored by four different employees... STRIKE ONE. You're seated at a table, trying to enjoy your meal and an employee with a broom actually asks you to lift your feet so they can sweep...STRIKE TWO. It's still 45 minutes till closing time, but several employees start giving you dirty looks because you're still eating and haven't left yet...STRIKE THREE. I just wanted to say that Miguel who works the drive thru window does an amazing job and I really hope his manager appreciates how he goes above and beyond with his service.
