The entire dining room was a disgusting mess.

I'm giving them 2 stars because the food is still pretty decent for fast food. But this is the filthiest most disgustingly dirty restaurant I think I have ever walked in to. Every single table was dirty. Sticky soda on the floor and counters by the dispenser, food and trash all over the floors in the dining room. It was completely slow, only 2 other people and an employee eating in the dining room. 6 people behind the counter working; oblivious to the filth in this place. The dust on what used to be the salsa bar was so thick you could see it hasn't been cleaned in years. I'm so sad. I'm originally from so-cal and now live in the PNW. I was excited to have a decent chicken burrito on the go! But I'm sorry this place in particular is a dump!

Used coupon for double chicken tostada and 6 years later, this place seems to improve. Shell was crispy and chicken was well cooked and plentiful.

Positives: If you're looking for a healthy option this is a great choice. This place is located by my work so I eat here often. They are known for their fresh flame grilled chicken meals. You get to choose a couple sides and are served tortillas with the meal. This is always good. My favs I usually get are: grilled chicken salad with extra chicken, avacado chicken quesadilla, loco street tacos (these are tiny get a couple), and the chicken tortilla soup. I like their food it is always fresh and their chicken is good where most chicken gives me the gags. They serve healthier options like pinto beans instead of refried. Don't get me wrong, you can most definitely get those calories up with their burritos! Today I got the chicken tortilla soup and felt it was time to do a review since it was super tasty!! I really wanted to do 4 stars but the more I thought about it I think I will settle on 3.5. Negatives: Filibertos is also across the street from my work and yes, I do love classic greasy Mexican food and refried beans.

Order taker argued that they do not have that deal any longer. Told him it is still advertised he said he doesn't care and the manager is not in. Ended up getting two chickens, corn tortillas, and one 4 oz side of beans. They threw in a 2 liter bottle of soda. Went to get the salsa and the guy says one salsa per chicken. The salsa comes in the small one ounce containers. We try to eat at and tell our friends about local establishments, but we don't appreciate getting the old bait and switch. Unfortunately for Mo's we were there for two reasons. One to get our Sunday dinner and the other to possibly add it to our list of restaurants we use regularly for corporate staff lunches. This will not be happening because of the poor customer service and false advertising.

You have to be careful as it can taste as the cook didn't clean the grill in between batches of chicken. I usually go for the golden brown ones. The guy who is usually there is always nice and welcoming. The salsa has always tasted good and they keep it refrigerated. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5 star is the rice and beans. I dont care for them at all.

They noticed that I had accidentally overpaid and came to me to issue a refund, without me even realizing it! They still made my exact same meal with no issues at all. That level of honesty and care is rare. To make the experience even more special, it was my son's birthday. The manager noticed he had a Super Mario plushie and went out of their way to bring him crayons and coloring paper featuring the same character. It completely made my son's day Great food, kind and attentive staff, and genuine care for their customers. Fly Bye doesn't just serve incredible pizza and wings, they deliver the best customer service ever. I have never had such great experience in a restaurant to the point I can't wait to go home and write this review!!! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!
