So, on several occasions, my order was either missing an item or poorly prepared or flawed. I ordered the crunchy tacos and they looked like they were thrown together with mushy minimal garnishments and NO CHEESE...I gave them many chances and once I ordered just TWO tacos, got home and only had ONE though paid for TWO! I drove back and the ONE taco they gave me was horribly made...minimal garnishment and NO CHEESE! I am a taco queen, I do not expect to pay $3.00 for a darn taco and it does not even have proper garnishment...I WILL NOT RETURN. All my visits are mostly Drive-through...last visit, I was given a NO GOOD sprite -- no ice and was just carbonation...no taste...I was too tired to drive back! COME On eL pOLLO..have y'all gone Loco? DO better with preparing food and better service...you are a little pricey for a quick fast food place and baby chicken pieces! I gave you many chances, spent a lot of money there, but will start cooking more -- to avoid quick/raggedy food from you! Some of the window cashiers aren't courteous...must hate their job. My experience at el pollo loco in Pittsburg this evening was more than fantastic and pleasant. Amazing would be an understatement. The young gentleman who took my order was extremely respectful and communicated very well. I managed to get his name Lorenzo who I found out was the manager. A great role model for his coworkers. My order was delicious and accurate. Give that young man a raise. I saw him taking orders, putting them in bags, and communicating to his team all at once. He's like a Swiss Army knife. I hope the next time I go he is there so I can give him his well deserved tip. Keep it up!! read more
