I paid for Whole Chicken and receive this and they founded funny and refuse to give me a refund for their error

I just ordered a whole chicken they charged me almost 43 $ with the uber delivery and I receive just half of the chicken and when I called to complain they founded funny and didn't care about my complaint

Love this place. I originally loved the location in Virginia Square, but we were in the greater Fairfax area and had to stop by at this one. Plenty of parking - you can't miss it. Friendly staff, bright lights and delicious food. We ordered the quarter dark chicken, which comes with two sides. I had yuca and cole slaw. We had both the yellow and the green sauce. I recommend the green for the chicken and the yellow for the yuca. Also, they don't charge for the extra sauce. :) Thank you, El Pollo Rico, for always serving delicious chicken!!

18$ medio pollo y te dan una cuchara de arroz y una cuantas papas fritas. Pides un poco más y te cobran 5$

Pretty good Peruvian chicken. Well smoked, very flavorful. The steak fries were crispy and the plantains were fine. It bothered me that I went into the restaurant and I stood waiting at the order location to order- and the staff let two Spanish speaking people order ahead of me-until I made the guy take my order. I probably won't go back. The food was ok- just not good enough to go again.

A wishlist of what the portion sizes should look like.

The chicken is not the best in Fairfax. Their Arlington location is great, but as the saying goes "you are your own worst enemy". The chicken is ok, 7/10 nothing special. The sides are lacking in quantity, 1/10 Service is great, no complaints 10/10 The location is great, lots of room! I can bring friends and family 10/10 If you are conscious about portion control, please do not come here. The chicken taste alone does not justify the laughably small portion sizes. See the pictures of what you generally get at the other two Peruvian chicken places in Fairfax. This is what you should be getting for the money. This place just doesn't cut it. However I'm still a returning customer because their facility is spacious and can host big groups (I've been here with a few groups already, 5-13 people at a time)

Half Chicken (that comes with 2 sides) fries, plantains.

El Pollo Rico has the best Peruvian chicken. I read some reviews and I completely disagree. (Haters with fake profile pics). I remember going to the original Arlington location! I heard about this Fairfax location and rushed right over! The flavor is so amazing and the chicken was so juicy and moist. The steak fries were life! The portions were huge. (See pic). The yellow sauce is legit liquid crack! It's sooo good. Keep up your hard work!

Hands down the best, most flavorful and savory fried chicken in Fairfax and i've tried most. Its so delicious and fresh. Location was good, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, friendly employees, renovated interior, decent parking lot. The good (compared to Arlington): *Employees are happy to see you unlike the Arlington location where they always look tired/jaded. *Guest Wi-Fi (6) is fast! I got 90 Mbit down and ~15 Mbit up. *The interior is new, baby! *If you live in Fairfax City you don't have to drive 35 minutes to Arlington! What I hope they improve (compared to Arlington): *Chicken skin flavor is not as flavorful or crispy as the Arlington location... yet! Today is their first day so I hope it is just a temporary hiccup. The inside parts of the chicken need more seasoning/salt. Currently, the chicken is NOT in a different league as the other peruvian places nearby (Max's, Little Peru Chicken, etc.) for the premium price they charge. Note: *Online ordering is not available at this time (I'm assuming that will be fixed soon) *Bathrooms only allow one person at a time

It features a modern, trendy, and lively setting with hanging plants, stylish tiles, contemporary lanterns, and warm wood tones, creating a welcoming environment. It's popular for brunch, ceviches, sanguches, salads, seafood dishes, lomo saltados, and more. The dishes we tried were very good, and we recommend: - Causa Sampler, featuring crocante, tartare, and pollo -- all fresh and delicious. - Ceviche Sampler, with traditional, cremoso, and callejero options. - Tostones Sampler, featuring pulled pork, crab salad, and shrimp on crispy, chewy smashed and fried plantains. - Tallarines a la Huancaína: linguine with cream, Parmesan, and Huancaína sauce, topped with lomo saltado -- a unique Peruvian pasta dish that feels more like noodles than traditional pasta. - Arroz con Mariscos: Peruvian-style seafood rice with squid, shrimp, mussels, and salsa criolla, reminiscent of a Peruvian paella. - Lychee Passion & Chicha Colada: tasty mocktails made with lychee, passion fruit puree, chicha morada, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lime.

Fried Fish, Beef Stake, Crispy Cod Fish were great too. Our server was very friendly with a big smile on his face. He recommended also introduced everything to us. I have to mention that, their bathroom has one elevator for people who have issues with climbing stairs. So thoughtful and caring! Oh! Let me start by saying, I really love this resturant! This is my second time going there, as I went…read morethere last week with friends, and wanted to go again as their menu was extensive! I wanted to wait and give a review after the first time as I hoped it wasn't one of those, ("the first time it was great! The second time...not so much.), let me reassure you that was not the case with Autentico! On my first visit, I had a seafood selection, and it was so fresh and so good! I was also checking out my buddy's chunks of beef that were part of his meal, and wanted that too! He gave me a chunk and it was so tender, juicy and good, I knew on my next visit, I would have to order some form of their steak! The service was spot on, and food order time to table, was exceptional! My next visit came yesterday, and yes I ordered a steak! It was a late Friday afternoon, and even though they were busy with a few large tables of people, service was still outstanding and the food was even better than the first time! If you have read some of my reviews, by the time I think to take pictures, there's not much left to take a picture of! Also, I know some people just take pictures and not much else, and while something can look really good in a photo, you have to dig into it to unearth what's really good about the dish, and everything I have tried at Autentico, was superb! I ordered the NY Strip with fries and instead of the rice that comes with it, I asked if I could substitute veggies for the rice? They said no problem! While the first time I had a couple bottles of their Corona, which was very cold and was also provided with a frosted glass, this time I asked for a Modelo Especial. I was told they had it on tap! Major points, as I love all of Modelo's products especially the stouts! It was just my buddy from work this time and me, and we had such a great meal and the ambiance was awesome! I had joked my first time visiting there while driving in, that there was an Irish resturant right next to it! I mentioned that we should go there after for a couple pints. We never got around to it, as we were too full both times to make it in. But that resturant is in the back of my mind for a future visit! So if you do go to Autentico, you won't be disappointed. It's a great location that's worth the drive, and an exceptional resturant!

The only downside was the limited and not very clean restrooms during a busy event. First, let's give an applause to their social media team for helping me discover this place. The game day promotions caught my attention, and they absolutely delivered. The decor, atmosphere, and energy were all fantastic. You could tell Inca Social was well prepared, with a fully staffed team that stayed attentive throughout our visit. Whether it was quickly finding us an extra chair or constantly refilling our water, the service was excellent. The food was equally impressive. I highly recommend the lomo saltado, and the pasta served alongside it was surprisingly delicious. The Inca Balls were also a great appetizer with a light, crispy exterior and a savory filling. The drinks were solid as well and rounded out the experience nicely. My only complaint is that there are only two restrooms, and given how busy the restaurant was, they weren't as clean as I would have hoped. Overall, this is a lively spot with great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere that I'd happily return to.

Food selection was smaller, food was not worth the price and service was awful. We did not have a reservation but saw several tables open. They sat us near the welcome booth as we were a family of 5. We were given menus but not enough utensils and thought eventually we would get it along with the menus. There seem to be a huddle of employees in the entrance of booth and the waiter did not show up for another 5 minutes. Another 5 minutes passed and a different waitress showed up asking if we were ready. She did not tell us of any specials and we had to ask her the price of the bistec a lo pobre which she said was $26. We also asked her about other items we saw at the online menu but she said they weren't available. We decided to stay and order ceviche, lomo saltado, anticuchos and bistec a lo pobre. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a chicha. There was no physical menu for children and she verbally told us the options. I ordered chicken tenders and fries for my toddler. She took our orders and food came out after 15 minutes. The meat was missing the sauce the menu said it came with, the ceviche tasted very lemony and the chicken tenders were more like chicken balls. The waitress never showed up with our drinks and we decided to just eat and go as the staff seemed to want to socialize more than tend to the customers. Once we were done, we asked for boxes and the check. Apparently, gratuity was already included and maybe thats why the service was so bad? She hardly came to check on us and to top it off she was surprised when we told her drinks never showed up to please take it off check. She didn't apologize or asked how the food was. She gave us boxes and off we left. Later, we realized the bistec a lo pobre was $28 instead of $26 and we had ordered two. I just wanted to leave at that point and not wait another 5 minutes for waitress to fix her mistake. The ad, as shown in picture, said all moms receive a flower but I guess having three kids with me wasn't enough for me to get one. We also noticed when we left their website said a party of 6 or more has gratuity included but we were a party of 5. What is shown online is very different than what you get in person and if the food was great I would gladly go back for at least takeout. Food is not worth it, the service for Mother's Day made it worst and the environment was mediocre at best. Prices were inconsistent and menu is not appealing. Not sure what happened here but changes should be made at least for Mother's Day.
