While I was waiting for my order, saw the green beans and beans and rice & both looked excellent :) Fresh green beans vs canned is a huge plus in my opinion! Generous with the sauces also, 8 total for the whole chicken meal. Lots of menu options, a great spot for multiple palettes to be able to order something to enjoy. The people there are super friendly which is always a plus, it makes the experience better. I cannot say how much I love this place. We stopped by about a month after they opened and fell in love with the place. We were so satisfied and delighted to have found soft but crunchy yucca, well-flavored chicken, delicious rice and beans... we asked them to cater for us that same week for our son's 2nd birthday party. They were easy to work with and were incredibly kind and generous with their portions. This is the only Peruvian chicken we buy at the moment. It is a family owned business and the family is real down to earth. They never appear to be overwhelmed with work not to ensure your order is correct nor snobbish that they won't talk to you like a regular person if they saw elsewhere. I'm sensitive to green peppers, but I couldn't get enough of this sauce combo! The fried rice has chunks of chicken and was amongst the most savory fried rice I have ever had. This was also my first time trying a papusa, and I found it very similar to my ethnic stuffed paratha (fried bread). It was also yummy and the red sauce to dip it in was . The cookies took me by surprise as I expected them to be crisp, but they were soft, doughy delight filled with a genuine caramel. Small but more than enough to satisfy this sweet tooth.
