Went here with excitement, came out with depression. Food was absolutely nasty. Gross gross gross. We got the cheese enchiladas with this weird sauce that tasted like pure salt and the chunks of cheese inside the enchilada were unmelted. I got a hard taco and the shell was stale, beef was flavorless, and it was barely full. Taco Bell does better. The restaurant was empty, server was rude and never asked how the food was or checked on us. It was like we were interrupting the game he was watching at the bar. The only saving grace was the margarita. I should have had a few more so I could forget about this horrible meal. We will never come back. We honestly are not picky and love most food so saying that this food sucks is saying a lot. Don't waste your time because you'll just bother the waiter anyway. Yo quiero Taco Bell ! read more

The food is consistently delicious and the servers are always attentive and professional. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat.

Had high hopes with all the hype to make sure to eat here. No thanks. It was basic mediocre Mexican food you can find anywhere. Not what I expected for NWA. Queso was very thin and runny. If I could give no stars I would. They're food is no better than any other Mexican restaurant in fact I'm willing to go as far to say that Marias and el Farolito are better. Their prices are $5-$10 more for what you could get that's the same or better at the other locations I listed. Service is terrible. Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner yesterday in our attempt to find our fave Mexican restaurant in our new home area. Service was nice and fast but i noticed at least 3 tables that weren't cleaned from previous costumers yet employees were sitting around chatting since we were the only ones there. Salsa is a biggie for us- theirs is good but not the kind I'd stop in to get to go. White queso has a great taste just wish it were thicker. Chicken fajitas had great flavor and serving size. Exactly the kind my daughter and I like and took leftovers home. As I sit here now, eating leftovers, I bite into a bone in the chicken. Ugh. I'd go again but not anytime soon to hopefully let them get better established. I think after seeing lack of care in cleaning tables and now having bones in the fajita meat I'm just a little leery. read more

Do you want really really fantastic mexican food? Do you enjoy good service, and quality salsa? How about some fantabulastic queso??? Well, go somewhere other than here. Not only was our waiter nonexistant, the chips were overcooked, the salsa tasted straight up like lime, the queso was literally just a melted block of cheese it seemed like, the taco salad had no beans in it whatsoever, and the mexican rice might as well have been chinese white rice. The ground beef was absolutely terrible and unseasoned. JUST DONT GO HERE! Go to a quality mexican restuarant such as Marias, or El Farolito. read more

I ordered the Churi-Queso and went in for pick up..grabbed my bag off the counter exactly as she had it sitting and sat in on my passenger seat only to realize before I even got out of the parking lot that the queso was sitting on top of my salsa and had been spilling out into the take-out bag. I went home anyway because it looked like only a small amount had leaked. That was confirmed when I got home but I still was left with less than half a container of $8 cheese dip that contained about a tablespoon of chorizo. When I called and let a manager know what had happened and asked if I could possibly get a free regular queso or something to comp for the obvious shortage I was told only if I came back tonight. It was already 8:30 PM and I asked if it was possible to take my name down since it was late. I also explained I had just driven 4 hours and just wanted to be compensated for this obvious mishap...we eat here all the time and have never had an issue. I was still refused any compensation unless I came back to the restaurant. I simply let the manager know I would just make El Farolito my restaurant of choice moving forward since I was obviously not an appreciated customer...sad tho. The queso that did make it into the container was pretty damn good. read more

I love this place ! The food is always amazing, and the service is even better. We never get the same thing twice because it's all so good. They treat my toddler like a lil princess even though she leaves a giant mess. Yolanda is our favorite server. She is always so kind and takes extra care with us. Salsa was absolutely awful. We ate there for the first time yesterday and were so excited to try the chips and salsa and it literally had no flavor and was very watered down. Chips were also stale. Decent Tex mex food in NWA. I love their salsa. I usually go with the carne asada and it's pretty good. Family friendly.

By far the best Mexican food in Centerton and Bentonville. We have tried many of their dishes and have never been disappointed.

The main entree food flavor was good (3 stars). The refried beans were runny and tasted bad. (1 star). The rice was bland (2 stars). The salsa tasted good and was a little hotter than your typical mild salsa. (4 stars). The shredded chicken in my taco salad was ok. Tip for those who cannot have onions or peppers. The chicken comes premixed with the onions, peppers, and other spices. They don't have a way to "hold" those items. read more

Came here on a weekend and tried the chili verde burrito. It was basically their carnitas pork with a tart green tomatillo sauce. It was ok. There was plenty of meat in the burrito, but still wasn't a true chili verde. The rice was super greasy and the beans were runny. Chips and salsa were pretty good but the biggest miss was the guacamole. This was not fresh guac at all, it was out of a bag like you get at the store. Very disappointing. read more

We just ate at El Pueblito, we had the fajitas for 2. We were extremely disappointed with our food. If you like Mexican food without and spice this is the place for you. It is not an authentic Mexican restaurant to say the least. We told our waiter and the young lady who took our money that we did not like the food and that we wouldn't be back. The food is excellent. I've never had better veggies in a meal anywhere. So flavorful and fresh. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I've been unimpressed with service. Some of their wait staff is great, while others I've had to wait half a meal for a refill on water. It really has been 50/50 on service the times I've gone. Excellent food. Choriqueso is terrific. Food portions are huge so if you leave hungry, you did it wrong.

Service was alright, food didn't taste great and the atmosphere was not what one expects when visiting a Mexican restaurant.

So I've been in here twice now, both times have been really great. The service has been friendly and prompt. The food has been hot and fresh. Oh, and did I mention they've gotten their liquor license finally!! Honestly if you live in Centerton and want some pretty dang good Mexican food and one hell of a monster margarita, stop by and try this place out. I got the beef nachos last time(a standard) and the Wally special this time. Which is basically seafood enchiladas. Both were tasty. Really y'all, as Centerton grows I can only hope new places that pop up, run with as much focus on customer service and quality in food as El Pueblito. read more
