Coming back to update my opinion. I still haven't had a good carne asada taco here, but I'm willing to overlook that. Service is usually very polite although it is hit or miss on the quality. Tonight was a win for our group. Drinks are made well and the food is always consistent, hot and flavorful. White cheese dip is always good. Fajita burrito and beans were made just the way I expected. Churros came out hot and were enjoyed by the group. read more

Whoever recommended this for out-of-towners was 100% correct in their recommendation. My bf and I had drove 10 hours from Wisconsin and werre desperate for some good food. We are so pleased we chose this place. The salsa was phenomenal, perfect spice and texture for me. The service was quick and they were decently busy when we arrived. Plus, they were very kind. I had the Pollo Fundito and my bf had the Burrito El Pueblito. We could've licked the plates clean if we had room! Great serving size, could have taken some home had we been going there. Do yourself a favor and try the Molcajete and Carnitas. These two entrees are some of the best Mexican dishes I've ever had. Carnitas are so tender and flavorful and the Molcajete is out of this world. Get the steak and Chicken one. You'll thank me. read more

Have driven past this new place a few times and decided to try it for dinner. It was very busy with a full parking lot which is always a good sign. The salsa is served in a decanter and was very fresh with just the right amount of heat and cilantro so I was a fan! The queso is good and typical for most of the Hispanic owned Mexican restaurants in NWA. In fact everything was. I had a chopped beef chimi with rice and beans and my husband attempted to finish a California chicken burrito. He failed! It took up the whole plate. Both were good and like I said common like you find at other places with different names. They do have a full bar and serve Coca-Cola brand beverages. read more

Went back and ate in the restaurant vs carryout and it was much better. The Emily's Special had a lot more shrimp when we dined there.

Food is fast and very good. We went when it was absolutely packed, and the food came out quickly. They have a large menu and we've tried a lot of the stuff on there. Never been disappointed. read more

Wonderful service! We never had an empty chip bowl or low drink the entire visit there. The menu is extensive. We had Jack's Special and an Enchiladas with steak and potatoes in them covered in an avocado Verde sauce. No complaints here. We will return. read more

As Centerton grows so does the amount of new businesses opening here. A New Mexican restaurant opened here about a year or so ago in a plaza near our Sonic and it has been a very delightful addition. Their pork chili verde is DELICIOSO and my friend has blessed me twice to the hard to find treat of my Old Hawaiian life -- FRIED FISH!!! I live and grew up with crispy fried fish and El Pueblito has satisfied that craving! It is crispy and fresh as if it was caught just that moment and cooked up!!! It is fabulous!!! I've yet to try other treats there but we did also have their steak burrito which is huge, delicious and filling. I've had to split the portions of both the verde and the burrito and so very blessed with leftovers! But the fish, though HUGE I finish that up because I can't stop eating it and I want to eat that up fresh and hot. Hope you all get to try it someday here in wonderful Centerton. read more
