Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. This restaurant advertises itself as being open 24/7, but when I arrived to pick up my prepaid order, the building was completely dark and closed. No lights, no employees, nothing. I never received my food. To make matters even worse, the next day I received an email falsely stating that my order had been picked up. It absolutely was not. I called requesting a refund, but no one I spoke with could communicate with me in English well enough to resolve the issue. I then called several other locations hoping someone could help, but they were rude, refused to provide the owner's contact information, and wouldn't even take my phone number so the owner could call me back. I paid for food I never received and was treated like my problem didn't matter. If you value your time and your money, I strongly recommend ordering from literally anywhere else. Not bad. A 24 hour Mexican restaurant is not too common around the 209 area so I'm glad this place exists. This restaurant is located in the SF Supermarket plaza with other businesses. Plentiful amount of parking even during busy hours. I came during the day and was the only one inside. It is spacious with a large amount of seating. It was very clean and what caught my eye was their sauce bar and chips out in the open. I really liked the variety of sauces and toppings at the sauce bar. You can mix and match however you like without asking the workers. The menu was standard but included quite a bit of everything. I only came here for the carne asada fries, which came out within 5-10 minutes. The fries were just okay. The whole meal was drowning in sauce and made the fries very mushy. Taste was decent after adding in my sauces. A plus is that they give a great amount of meat! I would come back and try the other menu items to get a better idea of the food. Full disclosure, the "99 cent churros drew us in, I mean that is basically free.... We used the drive thru and then noticed this is open 24 hours! I got order of asada fries and wife got an asada burrito. Usually I don't get asada anything at Mexican spots, don't like it as I make my own. I will try a asada taco when we go to a new place because if they do a good job with that then usually that means they have it figured out. It's surprising how bad Mexican spots are with carne asada, but I digress. My asada fries were huge! Asada was well seasoned and cooked well not chewy but fresh and very tasty. I like it more seared but that's why I make my own so next time I'll try the chile verde as that is my usual. Fries were cooked perfectly; crunchy outside and nice and soft inside. Cheese was real cheese melted and lots of it. My wife enjoyed her burrito and can't wait to come back to try the menudo. We got the food very fast so service was excellent. Literally avoid this place PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME. I went to get food tonight (12am, they say they're closed 3am-6am) the girl answered me, took my entire order and told me to just wait there by the ordering spot & NOT to pull forward until she told me to, so she could "make the food" . Super yummie! I ordered a California burrito and added shrimp to it! Boom CHAKALAKA baby! What a good burrito. They also grilled the outside of the tortilla to crisp the shell! I didn't know of this restaurant but what a delightful find! It is decorated really nicely and had a chips and salsa bar to get your choice of salsas that ranged from hot to mild for your to go needs! All the agua frescas to choose from as well. This place just opened so we decided to try it out. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Finally a birria place closer to home. The food portion was generous. We had the birria tacos with consommé and they were really good. They did not skimp on the meat.
