When it comes to the food you definitely are getting what you're paying for because the portions are great! Normally always fast service and food always served hot fresh and quickly so you aren't waiting while hungry! Plenty of alcohol choices! They have a bar. Super cheap margaritas. Lime frozen or on the rocks 1.99 happy hour and flavored frozen or on the rocks 2.99 if i'm not mistaken but super cheap regardless! They also have variety of bottled beer and on draft they offer Michelob ultra, Corona Modelo, and Bud light. They can do pina coladas, liquid marijuanas, sex on the beach, dragon mojito, ect.

To be honest, it looked closed - all the windows are tinted, so we couldn't see inside, and the parking lot was empty. Maybe we pulled up later than they typically expect to have diners, b/c when we walked in (very nice inside, btw, great decoration and all), I noticed there had been a party in the next room that hadn't been cleaned up yet. They have a bar, but I was driving, and my friends w/ me don't drink, so we didn't do that - notable, though, b/c most Mexican restaurants I've been to don't serve alcohol. Food is really great value, and great portions. We each got pretty huge platters for very reasonable prices, and the quality was great. Service was on point as well; admittedly the guy seemed a bit surprised to see us, but once he got us set up, everything went smoothly - chips and salsa to start, great w/ refilling water, food came out pretty quickly (perhaps not challenging when we were the only people there!). Other than the one table not being picked up when we walked in, the entire place was clean, including the bathroom, and I would go back if in the area again!

Our family of seven was visiting the Red River Gorge and stopped into this little place for dinner…read more They told us to sit wherever we wanted so we pulled a table up to a booth. We were quickly served several baskets of chips and multiple bowls of salsa. We ordered waters while we perused the drink menu. Four of us ended up ordering 22 oz. margaritas and one a micheleada. The flavored ones were a bit on the sweet side but husband really enjoyed his jalapeno one. They came complete with little rubber duckies floating on top which was a fun touch. Best of all, when he brought the drinks the waiter informed us there was a salsa bar we could help ourselves to with ceviche on it! My favorite salsa continued to be the standard one they brought to the table but the ceviche was yummy and a nice bonus! I ordered the fish street tacos which were fabulous -- the most stuffed street tacos I've ever had! Portions were generous and food was delicious. We all left happy and full.

The regular chip appetizer with sauce was satisfying instead. When the appetizer was much better than the main course, that says a lot on the place... The place seems clean, quiet, and relaxing Perhaps I will visit again in the future to give it a second chance, maybe because there is not much to the dish and i was quite hungry then...

Drove out to Richmond to meet some friends for dinner…read more We ordered some wings and choriqueso for an app 10/10. I always like to try wings at Mexican restaurants and they are always great. My friend ordered the molcajete and everything was super tender and it came with a house sauce at the bottom of it to give it extra flavor. It has a variety of meats and fried cheese and a cactus piece on it. Definitely big enough for two and unique! I ordered the carne asada, my piece came with more fat than I'm used to. Although the flavor was great. I paired it with a michelada and it came out a little spicy. The service was great they were on top of it. The inside of the restaurant was gorgeous too, very colorful and cozy. Seats were comfortable, overall a good dinner experience.

I has seen several friends and foodie folks on the interwebs talk about this "Mexican at the Mall"…read morelocation, so I decided to hop out and see what the fuss was about. I judge every trip to a new Mexican place by their version of the Speedy Gonzalez. This is a taco, an enchilada bean or rice. I had the beef version of this here, while it was solid, it did not blow my socks off. Beef was seasoned well, everything was piping hot and the taste was pretty bland overall. The refried beans were very tasty and the little bit of cheese on top was a great touch! I did not care for the salsa and chips. It didn't have much zip to it or any onion or cilantro flavors that I like. Chips were thick but warm and sprinkled with salt. I was there in the middle of the day and the place seemed a little dark. Service was fast and friendly. I will give it another whirl and try something different. But there are other Mexican places I will try before I go back to this one. Will give them an shout out for putting the crunchy taco on a bed of lettuce.
