It was way too cheesy for my tastes. The cheese overpowered the birria. I ended up opening them to just eat the meat and then eating some of the remaining tortilla as if I'd just ordered a cheese quesadilla on the side. I wish I'd looked thru the taco portion of the menu to see if birria was an option. That probably would've suited me better. Since we were child free and the drink menu prices were beyond reasonable, I ordered a skinny coconut margarita. It was tasty and yet there was a bit too much ice.
