I strayed from my favorite today and had the Combination B (one chile relleno, a chicken quesadilla, and a beef burrito (for which they let me sub a crispy beef taco). But let me start with the blue margarita...a liquid favorite with blue curaçao. Went with the "medium" 20+ ounce but they do offer a large (60oz, just sayin'). The chili relleno wasn't crisp and didn't have any sauce but the poblano pepper was tender and the cheesy filling good. The beef taco hit the spot, even though there's no special seasoning, it's just an average taco but something I've really been wanting lately and it didn't disappoint. Just lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese in it, but tasty just the same. Our server forgot my quesadilla and what she brought back, as you can see, looked more like a large soft taco, but it worked. There was too much food so I took the quesadilla home for dinner. The shredded chicken was very flavorful and the cheese melted, but not a lot of it. My brother ordered my usual, the shrimp zacatecano and it was delicious, as always, and they don't scrimp on the shrimp! Our server was good, but not great. She was polite but did have to be reminded about things (like water) a couple of times but once you did, she got it right away. The host who seated us was very friendly and funny. read more

Rip off on Cinco D' Mayo at Pedro's :) Went for a good meal and a great margarita. instead got a no taste meal, nothing in the tacos, and no Mexican spice , tasteless and a 13.99 margarita that tasted like lemonade, in a Styrofoam cup that cost 15.49 because we used a c. card. Sadly disappointed :( then we later went to El Saltillo near Goodwill, they were packed, got a great margarita and some cute beads with chili peppers and a cactus, great meal and the drinks offered were $5.00 margaritas, with a shot on the side, 5.00 Cuervo shots, they didn't mark up prices , They Lowered them. Better tacos and better service. Shame on people who raise the prices on a holiday like Cinco D' Mayo. YEA El Saltillo. Thanks for a fun event! read more

For one the food was sooo good it was basically like a rich persons meal but with a cheap price. the waiter was nice, came to check up on us to ask about the food. The ambiance was nice mainly for the music and the art. read more

After driving 6 hours coming home after Christmas we really wanted Mexican food. Let me say El Saltillo in Orange Grove is our new favorite MX restaurant. Eldar took our order via phone everything was perfect. Beef enchiladas for my husband and el pastor tacos for myself. The extra spicy salsa I asked for was wonderful and fresh. So here I am, a Texan who grew up eating TexMex from some of the best TexMex in Dallas/Ft Worth/(plus the rest of Texas). So where does the group of 4 decide to eat while on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in an area known for great seafood? Here! It was mid afternoon and the servers were thrilled to see us and gave us way above average service! Drinks were on the table quickly. My frozen Margarita was mellowing me and my hungry belly out FAST! I love a good chimichanga and ordered that as I was filling up on frozen goodness, chips and salsa (not bad). In an instant out came the food and ohhhh the aroma was more intoxicating than my drink! The beef chimichanga was really, really good! Just enough spice where my gringo tongue was tickled and craved more! The beans and rice were exceptionally good. Perhaps the best Mexican Rice I've ever had. The service was great, the cost was very reasonable and to be honest, this local chain was a great way to to start off the stay in Biloxi! Atmosphere a little confusing vibrant colors and great mexican music decorations are a mix of cultures. Service was great, Delilah soft spoken but very attentive. Food is okay though the enchilada had a taste that resembled marinara and the queso taste great was a little in the runny side ,chips cooked to long I give it a 4. We've eaten at this location numerous times and have had a good experience. Tonight, not so much. My food was room temperature at best. The server took so long to check on us that I just asked for a box. It was not busy at all - maybe 4 tables were occupied, We asked for salsa twice and never got it. When it was time to pay the bill, the manager (?) was so engrossed with his phone I had to clear my throat loudly to pay. When I let him know my food was not warm, he responded with I will go check. I also mentioned the salsa and he hands me the receipt to sign and tells me my total. No apology. I will never go back to this location. read more

OK Anyone that doesn't like this place is bonkers. It's extremely consistent, which I love. The drinks are ginormous and very reasonably priced! Can you say FISHBOWL MARGARITAS?? I get the glorious California Burrito because I'm incapable of moving past it. It's delicious, so why not? It's the size of a baby, so it's enough to eat for several days, but I make it last for two meals. The chips and salsa (always complimentary) are awesome. Service is immediate and awesome. Excellent as always! They were very busy this Friday night but seated us within 10 minutes (as they estimated). Within 2 minutes of being seated, we had our drinks, chips/salsa and placed our order. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant I've been to. Huge menu selection with substitute options. Seated quickly and drinks were almost immediately on the table. After ordering the food only took ~5 mins (or less) to make its way to our table. Tasted DELICIOUS! Server continuously checked up on us to make sure that everything was going good. Whole time there was roughly 25 mins start to finish. Will definitely come back again!! read more

Just left after waiting over ONE hour and still no food! We got chips and drinks about 10 minutes in.. order was taken about 20 minutes in. At 40 minutes the waitress said she was going to chec on our order, she never returned. Two table next to us arrived after us and got food before us.... at 75 minutes we asked man seating people about our food.. told him how long we had been waiting and if was going to be much longer we would pay for our drinks and leave. He replied "no worry on drink, bye bye".. I am still in shock of the horrible service! read more
