My friends and I went to Pedro's when it was first open back in early February. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything was absolutely excellent! From the food to the atmosphere and the staff was exceptional![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I cannot wait to get back to Mississippi to visit again because there were so many things that I wanted to try! There are other Mexican restaurants in the area but they don't hold a candle to Pedro's! From drinks to food to desserts you absolutely cannot beat it! My quesadilla was delicious, my friend's burrito was to die for and my other friend's chimichanga was some of the best food I've ever had! The desserts are out of this world! Both the Tres Leches cake, Flan, and the Cheesecake Chimichanga are life-changing! Do not skip this place if you are in the area. If you're within an hour it's definitely worth the drive. The pictures don't do it justice. Go visit to see and taste for yourself!!!

Whole Fried Fish (Mojarra). Very good, fresh fish

Whole fried fish (Mojarra) was a very good alternative to the regular tacos and chimichangas. I will definitely be ordering again. I asked for their habanero salsa to drizzle over the fish as I think it definitely needs a sauce of some sort

Birria Tacos!!! This dish is fantastic! Make sure you dip your taco into the Birria. That the red sauce. Make sure you ask for Gutty :)

Excellent Food and Service. Be sure to ask for Gutty [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the atmosphere too :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will come back

This is amazing restaurant for your Tex-mex cravings. It easy to see off the I-10 highway. But this hidden gem is tucked away in the back between Target shopping center and Best Buy on the Promenade shopping center in D'Iberville. Parking may seem a little challenging but they have plenty of spaces. If not, they share some spots next door to them. You may have to do some walking to get there. You are greeted to an amazing staff ready to welcome you to an amazing experience. They over many types of seating tables or booths. If you solo. They have plenty of seating by their bar. Drink responsibly. Especially take advantage of outdoor dining when the weather permits. The tables offer plenty of room for wonderful cuisines you decide to get. Table seating boasts soft leather chairs with decent padding. It is no couch but very comfortable. Sat in the booth. It was nice and has plenty of room and the seats are comfortable with both padding on the back and bottom. As I sat down, Samantha our server greeted us with welcome and complimentary chips, fresh salsa, and fresh hot bean dip. Careful not to get full off of the chips. They are bottomless. They are light fresh warm from fresh from the fryer. I believe they are corn tortillas? Almost got full off of them. If you are running low and want more. Feel free to ask if available. Started out with some frozen strawberry margaritas and a sweet tea in the side. Drink responsibly. Taste amazing. Not strong at all taste, but don't let it fool you. It snuck up on me as I drank more. I don't but took advantage of the two for one special margaritas (frozen or iced). Your choice of strawberry or lime flavor. Started out the food trek with the sampler platter for appetizer. SAMPLER PLATTER-Your choice of meat topped on nachos & quesadillas. Comes with two stuffed jalapeños, chicken wings, a chicken flauta, two chicken tenders with a side of queso (MEAT CHOICES: GRILLED CHICKEN | STEAK | MIX) . I was mistaken, I should not have. Got full from the fresh chips. Oops. If you are not sure what to start out with? If you are craving an appetizer but cannot decide. This is your best option. From the size, looks like it can feed up to four people or more depending on your appetite and if you are hungry or eating those wonderful chips. The quesadillas are amazing. I am a cheese fan and so I tend to gravitate towards this. Everything else is great. Choose beef, they offer options if that is not what you wish. You may do chicken, beef, or be bold and do both! Ordered the TOSTADAS DE CEVICHE (Three crispy corn tortillas covered with chopped fish fillets or shrimp, mixed with Pico de Gallo) . Mine was with shrimp. Unfortunately, was so full but had to order the flan to go. It was good. Wish it was more creamy and saucy. But that is my preference tho. Very tasty though. I believe they offer free Wi-Fi and offer military discount with valid ID. Overall, wonderful restaurant if you are in the mood for Tex-mex. Definitely in great hands if you get the opportunity and get Samantha. Honestly the whole staff is amazing! I just suggest her since she was our server. Had a world class experience with her.

Another win for Pedro's! The carnitas street tacos are a flavor-packed trip straight to the West Coast--tender, juicy pork that melts in your mouth. The service, as always, is outstanding (shout out to Louis!). [[HIGHLIGHT]]It wasn't too crowded tonight, likely due to St. Patty's weekend, which made for a laid-back vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't wait to come back!

Being from Southern California we've been the hunt for great Mexican food. We've been just about everywhere from long Beach to ocean springs...well this is THE place to go for extremely good authentic Mexican food..and the prices are very fair. Great margaritas too. My wife hade the chicken chimichanga that was amazing. I had the huevos gusto machacha..which is scrambled eggs and shredded beef it was very flavorful and quality meat. The tortillas are some of the best I've ever had...home made daily! This is our go to place for Mexican food period!

From the moment we walked in until the time we left, everything was perfect! The large mango margarita was delicious! We both enjoyed the quesadillas - shrimp and chicken - and they were served fresh and hot right out of the kitchen! The chips, salsa, and queso were fantastic!! Y'all check this place out if you have one near you!!

Carne Asada with a side order of huevos

Came here twice. They have a nice bar area. Drinks were good. The girls behind the bar seemed a little flustered as it was Cinco de Mayo and super busy. Got their Top Shelf margarita which wasn't my first choice, but it was pretty good. I'm not a "lightweight", but by my third one I was, as the young kids call it, "lit". I ordered the flauta with shredded beef, the charro soup and it also came with a salad. The food was tasty and it didn't take too long to get it. Our server was nice, helpful, and very patient as we had one of those guys who asks a thousand questions and for suggestions only to get something else. We decided to come back during lunchtime on a not so busy day. I got my mule and ordered a carne asada plate and added two over easy eggs. Brahhhh!! The mule was just as I expected and the food was Broke da mouf (HI pidgin for delicious)!! Or could've been because I was craving steak and eggs for a little bit. In any case, the meal came on one of those hot plates so it's still cooking when you get it. I'm surprised my steak wasn't over cooked and my over easy eggs were still easy. It came with rice and beans, but I opted for more salad instead and I had to get the charro soup again. It reminds me of the Portuguese bean soup we have back home in Hawaii. This time went more smoothly probably because it was less busy, but they did mess up one of our orders. I'm not docking them for that one though because I enjoyed my food and drink and the service that was given to me. 8/10. Would RECOMMEND.

We were immediately greeted by Oliver, whose positive attitude was just as addictive as the chips, salsa and black bean dip. His sense of humor had us rolling and he customized a delicious queso fundido for us with queso, shredded chicken and veggies that we have trademarked "Michaela." The Benjamin shrimp tacos were outstanding. As were the chicken street tacos. This is the best Mexican restaurant we have ever experienced and we are representing three states. Run...don't walk...to El Rincón and when you get there give Oliver a high five from us!!!

I was there dining in and did not get asked one time how I was doing, if I needed anything, nothing but I noticed they asked the other tables... that was weird. The chips and salsa... The salsa was liquid. It just taste like tomato had no other taste to it. I was so disappointed.. the chips were whatever nothing special. I got al pastor and shrimp tacos with rice and beans. Tacos were less than mid! the tortillas were super thick, it just was not up to par, personally. I tried Al Pastor, which had no flavor at all. They drench the tacos with toppings.. I guess to hide the fact that the meat is so bland. Unfortunately, it was the same thing with the shrimp tacos + the shrimp was chewy. Pretty expensive and not worth it. Would not go back for the food or service .... maybe for the drink specials tho

For some reason, this particular restaurant when I drive by it seems busy? Please refer to the website for details. A friend of mine recommended this particular restaurant. She mentioned that she would go with her husband here on many occasions. They never had a bad experience. She insisted that we join them. I gladly accepted. This particular restaurant is located in north Biloxi area in the Cedar Lake area. They have a large parking lot since it is located in a large shopping center. They do not have front handicap parking. However, the large parking lot has plenty of parking and handicap parking spots near the front of the restaurant. As you walk in, you are welcome to friendly staff and lighting is a little bit dimmer than most. Makes feel with warm atmosphere. Plenty of tables and booths. With a big full bar that accommodates back. Drink responsibly. We ask for a booth and kindly walked us to back booth. The seats are comfortable with padding on back and bottom. The tables are large and comfortable. They are hard wooden seats with custom padding on the bottom and hardwood back. Looks great and can accommodate up to large parties. I recommend calling ahead to make sure that they can accommodate you for that day. If you do want to dine in. You can always call ahead to place an order to go. As we sat down, they provided us with complimentary chips and salsa. The chips are thin, light, and crispy. Started out with a horchata to drink. ( is a name given to various beverages that are generally plant-based but sometimes contain milk. In Spain, it is made with soaked, ground, and sweetened tiger nuts. In Mexico it is made with rice, cinnamon and other ingredients and it is well known as a type of Mexican agua fresca.) While we ordered the Molcajete (Fajitas) - Steak, chicken, and shrimp, with cactus, poblano peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served in a hot Mexican mortar stone. Combo E - One beef taco, one chile relleno, one tamal, rice and beans. And rounded out with the Shrimp Enchilada Dinner- Two shrimp enchiladas served with rice and beans. They also mentioned that they offer free cup of soup (bean) for those who order a dish. As we were waiting. We thought we give it a try. I was warned not to get full off chips and salsa, especially the soup. Our meal has not arrived yet. The chips and salsa especially the soup is excellent. Shortly our dinner arrived. The smell was amazing and looked fantastic! All the food was delicious! They were so right. Our waitress asked us if we liked to get anything else or dessert. Are you kidding? Dessert, I wish. Especially more room. So much delicious food we had to take it home. It felt like we failed. So much delicious food. Be prepared to eat a lot of wonderful food! The staff will make you feel at home. Military discount available. I noticed a free Wi-Fi with password protected. May want to reach out for assistance.
