Their meat especially is top quality. There is no better meat market around. What really sets them apart however is their customer service. From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted by the cashiers. And the butchers will answer 1000 questions to make sure the customer is satisfied. They just go above & beyond and you can tell they really care about the customer's experience, as well as the quality of their meat/products. I don't know if this is a common experience or if the employee who served me is just bad at his job. However, I order two ribeyes the guy says ok and runs off, starts cutting without asking any questions and hands me two scraggly and thin pieces of meat. This place was a delightful surprise. I was in the market for some decent lamb, and a friend suggested this place. It was absolutely fabulous. The butcher brought out an entire leg and butchered it in front of me, cutting some into stew meat and leaving a big chunk for a roast. It was fantastic. i asked for thinly sliced chicken breast, the worker confirmed and said okay. $5.49 a pound. Price was no big deal it's natural and organic chicken. I got home and as i was putting the chicken away, i noticed it wasn't even sliced thin, i thought to myself it's okay i can slice it myself. i then noticed it was mostly the part of the chicken with the tendon. I attached pictures and an image off google of what they gave me for $5.49 a pound. I received the scrap part of the chicken. it was more than half of the chicken pieces. it seems as though they give the good parts to someone else and give other people these scarps. this used to be my go to meat market but after this incident, i will not be coming again. shameful. if your family member walked in, you wouldn't give them this but you give it to your customers. read more

Very nice place and very clean. Good meat selection and a great bulk selection of nuts, rice, grains, etc. I would have given this place 5 stars but I found the staff to be very unwelcoming and never once asked to help me or assist me in anyway. Even while I was standing looking at the meat not one person behind the counter asked if I needed help. I actually just discovered this place, just wish I had discovered it earlier !! They have a great selection of fresh and frozen chicken and beef. The chicken labeled all natural is non-gmo fed which is awesome since that's so hard to find Halal unless you're buying from Holy Cow. The service is super courteous and friendly. The place is so clean and doesn't smell like meat. They actually have a decor! Can't say that for many small stores around here. Went grocery shopping here the other day with my brother and really loved their selection. The fruits we bought from here were super good! I was pleasantly surprised by their quality. This is the cleanest Halal meat market I have ever been to. The quality is high and the prices are low and the staff was very friendly. They can take orders over the phone and have your meat ready for you when you get there which I really like if I'm super busy. Other markets overcharge or give poor quality meat because they think because it's "halal" that they can get away with it. Well, not this place. My wife doesn't require Halal meat and she said it's priced better than American stores and the quality is just as good. read more

I do some grocery shopping when I need only a few things,or not enough time to go to the big grocery store to do my complete shopping. The fruits & vegg's. are ok (matter of fact their is a fruit market only 2 blocks east from this store on the same side of Warren Ave. Any how some the prices are not too bad, selection is average and could improve. They open late in the morning, 9:am I am sure they could better then that, They DO NOT like to give you a rain-check on out of stock items, Seems to me any store would want your business and have you come back, they are not like that here. So in ending my review, if you are in a hurry and need a few things, I would say yes check out this store, but remember to look over and choose from the sale paper, non-sale items are high priced. So I give them 2-3 stars and say not too bad for a corner store. And upon check out, the people at the register could take a few lesions on how to better react with the customers. !! read more
